Izuku is considered to be somewhat of a chaotic good person. As someone who had witnessed the ugliness of the meta society, Izuku, who by nature is a Saiyan–Half Saiyan–denounce them and instead he is noted to be a maverick who follow his own ideals even if others disagree with him, he stays very straightforward in his belief ignoring everyone else.
Izuku believe that the laws are imperfect and biased created solely for the comfort of those who sits at the top of the food chain with an example being the number #2 Pro Hero–Endeavor– who for years had abused his own family but both of his status and money had managed to buy him out of the consequences that others would have suffered if they were in his place.
As a warrior, Izuku believe in taking responsibility for your action and your words such as when Shinso had declared war towards his class in which Izuku had asked if he was willing to take the responsibility behind those heavy words. Izuku despise those who make such a declaration very lightly and would mock and humiliate them for it.
Izuku is noted to be extremely charismatic and capable of making friends as he managed to get everyone in his class to like him in a few minutes. He had also displayed good leadership as he had formulated plans aimed to help Uraraka capture the bomb while also incapacitating Iida during the Hero vs villain exercise.
