Background: Houou Kaguya Quartz was born into a wealthy family. Like Decade, she lost her Dad and Mom in a car crash and was placed in the custody of her Grandfather during her childhood. Her world was among the many terrorized by Hundred's forces, with her grandfather perishing from their destruction. Just before suffering a similar fate, Kaguya was saved by Kamen Rider Decade. Inspired by Decade and fallen in love with him, she built her own Rider System and hired scientists to make the Aurora System. They succeeded, but there was a little bit of error. As Kaguya saved many universes from Hundred, she met a man named Sebastian Pennyworth. She hired him as her butler because he was smart and helped the scientists fix the Aurora System. He also helps Kaguya out if something happens to her Driver.
Now, Sebastian is working on a new item for Kaguya as she summons Houtaro A.K.A Gotchard to her world that she Currently live as she Reveal Houtaro Kaguya removes a cloth from the table revealing Cards containing the powers of Kamen Riders from other universes. Kaguya uses these Cards to fight The Hundred. As she summons Houtaro Ichinose or Gotchard, she puts him in a cage. Kaguya-sama says all Kamen Riders are gorgeous, but Houtarou lacks it, which is why he brought him here. But the city was attacked by Hundred, and Gotchard fought them as Kaguya revealed she is a Kamen Rider too. They defeat the enemies, and Kaguya takes Houtaro's Driver. She then has Houtarou dressed in a more gorgeous outfit, seeing it as the first step for him to have a gorgeous heart because he is nowhere near as gorgeous as Saber or Geats, according to Kaguya. She believes gorgeousness is justice. Houtarou is disappointed as he thought Kaguya was a cool lady.
As Houtaro pulls Butler and has him take him to the Hundred downtown, Houtarou asks Butler how he can stand Kaguya. Sebastian says Kaguya is like no one he's ever met before and tells Houtarou her story. Butler gives Houtarou a ring just as the boss of the Hundred arrives. He says they have no beef with Houtarou and suggests he just go back to his own world unless he wants to be destroyed here as well. Houtarou stands firm. Just then, Kaguya gorgeously comes walking toward them. As they defeated the Boss of Hundred or Barlckxs, Butler comes to say the Aurora Curtain System is overheating, and Houtarou must return. Butler returns Houtarou's spoon to him. Kaguya says it's a shame to let go of his possessions. But before he can continue, Houtarou introduces himself and offers his hand for a shake. Unfortunately, Houtarou disappears before Kaguya can take it. As know they travel to the universe where Y/n, Ben, and Peter are living.
