At The Red Keep
Everyone heard the whistle like call of Caraxes, the mount of the Rouge Prince. Once all in the Red Keep heard Caraxes, they rushed to the Throne Room as they wanted to see the very moment that King Viserys saw his brother, Prince Daemon, for the first time in 3 years.
However, no one other than the Lady Hand and the Queen knew that there has been plenty of correspondence between the two brothers for the entirety of the war that lasted 3 long years.
In the Throne Room
King Viserys sat on the Iron Throne with Queen Annora standing next to him on his right, and the Lady Hand standing to his left. The three Targaryen's patiently waited to see their cousin/brother/good brother. After a few minutes once everyone in the castle had gathered in the Throne Room, the guards outside the doors announced "The 'King' Daemon Targaryen of the Narrow Seas and the Stepstones"
'King' Daemon walked forward towards his brother and good-sister. As he approached, the guards drew their swords in reply. The King quickly stood up and commanded the guards to stand down. The Queen and Lady Hand stayed in their spots, showing zero concern for their King. As such, the guards did as ordered and watched with extremely concerned eyes, that mirrored those of the people gathered in the room, as well as their growing apprehension regarding the fact that their peaceful King was relaxed as he approached his deadly brother.
Once they met in the middle, 'King' Daemon Targaryen immediately and without hesitation bent knee and offered his brother the crown and the sword of his enemy (the Crabfeeder) to add to the Iron Throne.
