chapter 33

-the next morning & nova's pov-

i wake up around 9 and go out to the living room seeing angie in there drinking coffee and watching tv

angie-"good morning"
"good morning"
"there's some coffee in the kitchen, feel free to help yourself"
"alright thank you" i go into the kitchen and fix me a cup of coffee i add ice, one teaspoon of sugar, and creamer then i join angie on the couch

angie-"so i saw you and dominik went on a date"
"i guess you can call it that, we were supposed to go on one last week but that's when i passed out so we had to reschedule"
"ah gotcha, how are you feeling now?"
"a lot better i had zelina and all our friends by my side"
"that's good im glad you're feeling better"
"thank you"
"so i was thinking we could go to the aquarium or zoo then get lunch later on in the afternoon"
"can we do the aquarium?"
"sure, i was leaning more towards that anyway" she smiles at me then rey comes out of their room

"good morning mi amor, hermosa"
angie-"good morning amor"
"good morning rey" he walks into the kitchen and i look back to angie

"i'd kill for a relationship like yalls"
then we hear someone walking towards us and see aalyah
"morning sunshine"
aalyah-"shh i need coffee first" i chuckle then look back to angie, i love angie she's literally like my second mom

-a couple hours later-

everyone is awake and ready for the aquarium
rey is driving and angie is in the passenger seat of course while aalyah, dom, and i are in the back, me being in the middle

we make it to the aquarium and pay out entry
i tried to pay for myself but rey and angie wouldn't let me, but we walk in and go to the fishes first, get the boring part over with ya know?

as im looking at the fishes i see out of my peripheral vision dom gets his phone out then i look at him and smile and he puts his phone back in his pocket

"really?" i ask still smiling
"what?" he smiles back and i just shake my head looking back at the fishes

20 minutes into being here rey and angie went their own way while dom, aalyah, and i stay together

aalyah-"holy shit, look at that one"
"carful there's kids around" i chuckle at her and look at the sharks in front of us
"here comes a hammer head!" hammer heads have always been my favorite sharks, i get my phone out and take some pictures as it passes us

we leave the aquarium and go back to the house and get lunch there since we didn't really want to eat out

it's now around five pm and dom and i leave to head to the place for the interview since it's a little ways away

-at the interview place-

we make it and see james and he welcomes us

james-"ok so we did a thing where the fans asked the questions so that's what we're going to do if that's okay"
"i don't mind, dom?"
dom-"lets do it"
james-"great, ill see yall in a little"

we get touched up making sure nothing is out of place and our hair looks fine and my makeup looks good

crew member-"yall are good to go, have fun"

-interview-

james-"welcome my guests, wwe superstars, dominik mysterio and nova vegaaa" the crowd gives a pop as we smile and wave walking onto the stage

james-"so before we start with the questions, how are yall? i know it's been a crazy couple weeks"
dom-"we're good"
"how're you james?"
james-"i'm really good, exited to have yall here i mean i grew up watching wwe so it's cool to have some of the biggest superstars right now here"
"we are pretty great aren't we?" i look at the crowd and they cheer

james asks a few more questions that aren't really important, now he's onto the fan questions

james-"this fan wants to know if you sister aalyah would ever wrestle"
dom-"we've actually talked about that before, she likes to watch it more than actually fight"
james-"maybe she'll change her mind one day, next question, nova will you ever team up with your sister again?"
"as of right now, no, i'm much happier and free with judgement day than i ever was with lwo, when i was with them i was always in zelina and rey's shadow, now i get to be the one in the light"
james-"so one day?"
"yeah, no"
james-"alright.." he asks some more questions and we're finally on the last one

james-"last question, are you two dating"
"well, no"
dom-"no"

james-"can i be honest?"
"what?"
"i don't believe you"
dom-"everytime i try and make a move on her she always swerves me"
"wha- that's not true, you never tried anything" we all talk over one another

james-"hold on, hold on, so you're saying you try to make a move and she just ignores it?"
dom-"yes"
"he's lying"
james-"it's hard to believe yall aren't dating, there's so many pictures that say other wise and yalls body language, it's all just, the signs are right there in front of yall"
"sorry to burst yalls bubbles"

we finish the interview and are in the car heading back to the mysterio residence

"so i swerve you huh?"
dom-"always"
"you're such a liarrr"

we make it back to the house around 9 and i go to do my night routine first and go to sleep early since i have to be up early for my flight

-next morning six a.m-

aalyah-"nova wake up" she shakes me awake
"what time is it?"
"six"
"it's so earlyyy" i get up
"you're the one that booked the flight"
"i knoww, is anyone else up? i don't want to wake anyone with the shower"
"yeah everyone's awake go ahead"

so i get some sweat pants and a jacket out and head to the bathroom to shower
after that i eat breakfast and we head to the airport

-airport-

they call my flight

"thanks again for letting me stay with yall"
angie-"anytime, you're always welcome to stay with us" they all hug me but dom stays back a little longer

dom-"i'll see you monday hermosa, and text me when you land"
"i will, see you monday guapo" we hug and i kiss his cheek and we look at each other a little longer then go to the plane because i can't miss my flight, i am nervous since im alone but i know ill be okay
