zelina have been doing the same old thing that we always do she went to smackdown and came back the same night
saturday dakota came over and we did a podcast episode

dakota-"we are back again with novaaa! yall seem to love her on the podcast we might just make her another member"
zelina-"i wouldn't mind"
"we'll see about that"
dakota-"so i was thinking today we talk about mental health, how do yall feel about that?"
zelina-"i say we do it, it's an important topic, nova?"
"sure"

dakota tells her story about how people would bully her growing up and when she joined nxt then what she did to help her

"i don't see how people can be mean to others let alone people they don't know it makes no sense, and you're such a sweet person too people just need to separate our characters from us, yeah we use our names but that's not how we are in real life"
dakota-"right thank you"

then zelina tells stories from growing up people calling her slurs and other mean things then the cyber bullying

my heart breaks for these women

dakota-"people are so cruel"
"especially to female athletes they think we can't do the same thing men can't"
zelina-"we have women champions for a reason to show people we can do things a man can"
"exactly but they barely pay attention to that either because they're too busy playing with themselves"

now it's my turn to talk about mental health

i sigh "so growing up it's not secret i was a little bigger than i am now and people would compare me to zelina which it hurt because she's always been show stopping and i envied her, i still do because every younger sister looks up to her older sister, but um around middle school i started self harming and zelina found out she helped me stop but it didn't last long and so she told our parents, i was mad at her for that because they made me go to therapy but i got better and forgave her, i stopped going to therapy because i got better then high school hit, i hung out around the wrong people started doing all kinds of drugs started self harming again, i also got a eating disorder from starving myself but i always had zelina by my side to help, and now seeing the things people are saying on twitter are bringing these things back"

dakota-"do you think you'll relapse or anything?"
"i've thought about it so many times these past few days but i can't put zelina in that position again or any of my friends and i really enjoy wrestling so that kind of helps distract me from really doing anything"
zelina-"and you've come so far im really proud of you"
"thank you and so have yall, we've all been through so much we don't talk about and now we have the platform to help others"
dakota-"right and we promise we try to respond and help you guys through things but we're so busy"
zelina-"yeah so don't get too upset if we don't respond"

we talk a little more then i remember back at the mall

"zelina do you remember when we went to the mall earlier this week? yall were in hot topic and i was waiting for yall in the chair outside?"
zelina-"yeah"
"this girl, she walked up to me and was like "nova!?" i said hi to her and she asked for a picture and i turned it down because i literally had a panic attack right before we left she was like "this is probably a once in a lifetime moment for me" but i offered her an autograph and she said "no fuck you" and walked away i was like "wow ok, welcome to celebrity life where people get mad when you don't do one thing they expect you to!" because i don't think people understand we're humans and have actual feelings"
dakota-"that's actually so fucked up, people put us on these pedestals then when we do one thing wrong they bash us for that one thing"
zelina-"right, another time at the mall us girls were in victoria secret and the guys were waiting outside this guy asked domonik if him and nova were dating and when domonik said no the guy tried to make a joke saying domonik needs to hit it before he does, and he was like "what?" then the guy tried to pass it off but domonik told him to explain and i forgot what else was said but the guy was like "maybe i'll find nova first and show her what's it's like to be with a real man" next ting us girls hear is domonik yell "get the hell outta here!" and the guy left after that"

dakota-"right then you said "at least we know he's a feminist" right?"
zelina-"yeah!"
"not to ruin dom's bad guy persona but he's actually one of the sweetest guys in real life"
zelina-"he is"
dakota-"he gets hated on too much"
"right we need to make a hashtag or something like "# justice for dom""
dakota-"that's going in the episode title, speaking of which i almost forgot we were filming"
"oh shit same"

dakota and nova-"byeee!"

we stop filming and go to the living room

dakota-"can't wait to see the dramatic edits to that"
"right then the edits of the end about us talking about dom"
zelina-"the ship edits are going to go so hard"
" "oh my gosh love that dom is a feminist"" i mock the teenage girls

"speak of the devil" i see his name come on my screen showing he's facetiming and obviously i answer but see it's aalyah

aalyah-"hey!" she's running around the house

"i took his phone and im currently running from him"

"we went over this a few days ago, you have your own phone" i chuckle
zelina-"is that aalyah?"
"yeah she took dom's phone" the girls exchanged hey's
aalyah-"anyway what're yall doing!?"
"we just got done filming for the podcast"
"what'd yall talk about!?"
"mental health then something that happened when we went to the mall" she stops running
"when what happened?"
"tuesday this girl was mad i didn't take a picture with her, then we told the story of feminist domonik mysterio but we can cut that out if he wants us to"
dom-"nah yall can leave it in"
aalyah-"why'd that girl get mad?"
"i don't know but i offered to give her an autograph but she was like "no fuck you" and walked off"
"you're better than i am i would've cussed her out"

dom-"she literally came in my room, snatched my phone and ran off"
"it's a sister thing" i smile at him "how have the house shows been?"
"they were alright, i can't wait for you to go to them"
dakota and zelina make kissy faces and i flip them off
"i cant wait to do them but i wish i could've gone when i was face"
"maybe if you turn face in the future they'll still let you go"
"hopefully" i get up
zelina-"where are you going?"
"my room"
dakota-"don't have phone sex!"
"oh my god, you're disgusting!" i throw a pillow at her
then go to my room and hear them laugh

"bye" we hang up and i run out my room

dakota-"how was the phone sex?"
"he asked me on a date!"

"yes!" i explain everything
zelina-"it may not have been in person but at least it's a move!"
