Nanon then asked nervously, "I saw on the news that the police are looking for you."

Ohm, puzzled, asked, "Why didn't you report me?" Nanon, looking straight into Ohm's eyes and said, "A doctor should never betray a patient's trust."

Ohm, already grappling with unfamiliar emotions towards Nanon, was taken aback by his words. Nanon's innocence and integrity touched something deep within Ohm.

Nanon picked up the bullet from the table and handed it to Ohm, saying, "This is yours. You can keep it."

Ohm chuckled, feeling a mix of emotions, and said, "I'll come again,"

"Again?" Nanon looked at the way ohm went he is confused if he should feel glad or sad by the unexpected turn of events. Ohm glanced at the bullet in his hand, a smile playing on his lips as he walked away, a newfound sense of longing blooming within him.

Nanon and Sean stood beside Aye as she haggled with the vendor over the price of vegetables. Nanon, with a slight frown, leaned over to his sister-in-law and muttered, "Sister-in-law, you brought me here even though I refused to come. The irritation inside me is rising."

He began to whine softly, "Let's leave soon, sister-in-law." Aye simply shook her head, a mischievous glint in her eyes as she teased, "What will you do by leaving soon, except for watching the cockroaches and insects in your hospital." Nanon's pout deepened at her words.

Curious, Aye inquired, "Has any patient come to the clinic?" Nanon nodded and replied, "Yes, one patient did come."

Aye chuckled, "He must have lost his way. I doubt he'll find his way back." To her surprise, Nanon confessed, "Actually, he came a second time."

Aye raised an eyebrow, impressed, "Well, well, that's interesting."

Meanwhile, Sean tugged at Aye's sleeve, saying, "Mom, I'm hungry." Aye turned to Nanon and instructed, "Nanon, look after Sean for a moment." Nanon nodded, "Sure, I'll get him something to eat. Just wait here, Sean."

He wandered off to find a snack for Sean, weaving through the bustling market crowds. As Nanon scanned the stalls for a suitable snack, two burly men suddenly blocked his path.

One of them gruffly asked, "Do you know this address?" Nanon glanced at the address and shook his head, "I'm sorry, I don't know."

The men exchanged glances before stating, "We do." Before Nanon could comprehend their words, they swiftly covered his face with a black cloth, whispering threats as they dragged him away.

They left a  message on Nanon's phone, pretending to be him, saying, "Got a patient at the clinic, leaving soon. Sorry." to Aye

.

As Nanon shouted "Who is this? Hello," the room fell into a tense silence. His heartbeat matched the rhythm of the unknown danger that surrounded him. He could hardly breathe through the fear that gripped his chest.

Nanon fought against the constraints holding him to the chair, experiencing a sudden wave of fear when the black cloth over his face was violently removed. Blinking against the harsh light, he squinted and made out the figure of a large man seated on a couch, a glint of a gun catching his eye.

Nanon's voice trembled as he managed to speak, "Who are you, sir? Why have you brought me here? You must have the wrong person. I'm a doctor." But before he could finish, the man before him interrupted, "Doctor Nanon. Khlong Toei, running a clinic."
