It had been a few hours since Walker had arrived.
They were sitting in Cyra's room, catching each other up on stuff.
"I want that video of you falling on your ass!" Cyra laughed as she slapped the table beside her.
"It's not even that funny." Walker said, feigning judginess.
"Yeah, 'cause you were the one who fell. If it was me, you know damn well you would be laughing so hard right now."
"No. Tell me tea from school. I need to catch up before we resume."
"Sarah and Daniel are dating." Cyra spilled hastily.
"WHAT?!" Walker suddenly sat up, leaning forward and waiting for her to continue.
"Exactly! Literally the entire school went silent when they kissed!" Cyra laughed at the memory.
"Wasn't he dating his sister? I thought they were like- made for each other or something." Walker chuckled.
"She deserves better, honestly."
The room went silent for a few seconds, and Cyra could already sense what was coming.
"So, how is your condition now? Are you taking your medicines on time? When did you visit your doctor last?" Once he started, his string of worrisome questions did not stop.
"Calm down Walker! I'm doing better now. My doctor has said that there are no setbacks so far, so I'm good." He sighed.
