After reviving the man, Mary Margaret, Emma, Henry, Daniel and Graham return him to the hospital.
There, Regina shows back up. Alongside her is a blonde haired woman.
"Hello everyone, I have found the patient's wife," Regina declares. "Her name is Kathryn, and she has told me that our patient's name is David Nolan." Mary Margaret's eyes widen in shock. She begins to frown having developed feelings for the patient.
"Kathryn?" Daniel calls out as he walks up to her quickly. The two of them hug each other, smiling.
"Oh, you two know each other?" Regina questions the detective.
"She's my sister in-law," Daniel replies.
"How come you never bothered to search for him before?" Emma furrows her eyebrows as she interrogates Kathryn.
"Don't worry Emma," Regina assures her. "I've seen past security footage of David saying Kathryn's name in his sleep."
"Oh really? I bet you have," Emma rolls her eyes.

As night falls in Storybrooke, Emma finds her way to Mary Margaret's apartment. She knocks on the front door, and moments later Mary Margaret opens it.
"Oh, Emma hi," Mary Margaret smiles brightly. "What brings you here tonight?"
"I've decided to take you up on your offer and move in!" Emma exclaims.
"That's great Emma," Mary Margaret chuckles. "Come on in." Emma then follows Mary Margaret into the loft. "Emma, meet Jake," the dark haired woman introduces the two. "He's my brother, and he lives just next door."
"Nice to meet you Jake," Emma smiles as she shakes his hand.
"Nice to meet you too Emma," Jake replies.
"Well, why don't I show you where you'll be sleeping." Mary Margaret directs Emma towards the stairs.

Lucy is dragged by the royal guards through the castle to the Evil Queen's room where she is put before her.
"Hello girl," the Evil Queen smiles devilishly at Lucy.
"What do you want from me?" Lucy glares at the Evil Queen as if she doesn't fear the woman.
"Who are you, and what's your connection to the Dark One?" The Evil Queen speaks with authority.
"Who?" Lucy looks at the Evil Queen, cross eyed.
"Rumplestiltskin!" The Evil Queen shouts in annoyance.
"What? He took me to his castle against my will! I don't even know him!" Lucy protests.
"Take her to the torture chamber," the Evil Queen orders.
"What, no!" Lucy begins to squirm. "I told you, I don't even know him!"
"I DON'T CARE!" The Evil Queen glares at Lucy.
