As soon as Holly gets home she throws her backpack across the floor in rage. "I'm not going to that school again!" Holly's mother looked up at her a small glimpse of shock as Holly had never acted like that. "Hol what's wrong" she said her voice sounding gentle as she spoke. "You know I don't lash out mom, but I will for something I believe in", her mom then noticed what was going on by Holly's words. Her mother then nodded for her to continue, "the teacher slapped one of my friends today on the wrist for talking to me, so I yelled at the teacher". Her voice shaking as she spoke nervous her mom would be mad at her.

The mother then lifted up her daughter's chin, "oh Holly that's horrible" she said her voice caring. Holly then sighed, "mom you're not mad right?" Her mother then lifted up her head, "why would i be mad dear?" Her mother was a caring woman and knew that she couldn't be mad at Holly for standing up for the truth. "I don't know, I just wish it could go to a normal school" holly said a sad tone to her voice.

Her mother then got an idea smiling as she told it to Holly. "Holly you don't have to keep going to that school" Holly was shocked she thought her mother would have kept her going to that school. "Really mom?!" Holly said a bit of excitement in her voice. Her mother then nodded yes. Holly then hugged her mother, "you don't know how much this means to me mom!" She then looked down "i just want you to be treated fairly". Her mother was Al aways there to defend Holly if something deemed ridiculous on so many levels.

Holly then thought of something, "what about Ash mom?" She asked curious if her brother would also have to leave with her. "No dear Ash will be staying, since he is pretty gifted after all", she then sighed "Holly, this will be good for you". Holly then nodded she knew things would be good. "Thanks mom, I'm going to my room now" she said walking to her room.

Once she got to her room she snuck her note book out of her desk. "Time to start writing" she said under her breath. "She grabbed her pencil and started. "In front of me, just close enough to touch, close enough to hope you couldn't see, what i was thinking of.' She hen put her pencil down. She had feelings for someone, but she was too scared to speak now. As she read over her songs she wrote she wondered if one day she could become a star one day. A dream a lot of young girls had, but Holly had something special no one could see.

At that moment Holly's older brother Ryan opened the door. "Hol is found this invite for a music competition!" He said hyped knowing Holly's dream was too be a singer. "I'LL DO IT!" Holly said hyped up. It was her time to shine.
