It was the next day, and I was eating lunch with kole then. He took off, with an upset look that is when I saw Kole's ex texting him that was a problem since how they broke up. I was about to text Trystan, and when I remembered that they weren't on good terms, then I called Nova since she is worried for kole, so that is what I did.

It rang a bit, and she answered.

N- hey Hayden

H-nova, I need your help

N- with

H- Kole was hanging out with me, but then he got a text, and he then went quiet and then left the house in a rush

N- okay, why is that my problem

H- Well, I kinda know who texted him, and it is a problem

N- why is it a problem

H- Well, it is Kole's Ex, and with that, her new boyfriend

N- okay, so you want to stop him from doing something shitty then

H- Yes, and you are the only one I know. Will drive me there and help Kole

N- you are lucky I'm free today

H-thanks Nova

N- no problem

I was glad she was coming, so when she got to my place I left, I was glad my parents didn't care what I was doing. I just left with not even talking to my parents.

Then I told Nova the way to Kole's Ex Girlfriends place. When we got there, Kole was on the ground being punched in the face by a man who was bigger than him. Both Nova and I ran out of her car. Nova kicked the guy that was on top of Kole in the face. She kicked him hard enough to make his nose bleed. He got up to see who kicked him in the face and got off of Kole while I pulled Kole away from the fight. Then Guy looked her in the face and then started to laugh and say "well is this bitch that man hore knight in shining armor."

Nova scoffed and said "no I'm your worst nightmare," she then kicked him in the balls and then kneed him in the face and then pushed him over then flipped off Kole's EX then helped me with Kole.

We get him set up in the back seat of Nova's car, and I took Kole's phone because Kole's ex kept texting him, Then, when we got back to our town, I realized that we would have to sneak Kole back into their house without their parents noticing Kole's face and hands.

So when we got closer to my house, we had to be super careful because if they saw Nova's car, they would think she dropping off me, but with me driving Kole's truck while on the phone with Nova so we could keep in touch while we were driving back into town. I pulled Kole truck by their yard and then parked and made sure their parents wouldn't see it. Then nova snuck my into the house through the back door while I walked through the front to make sure my parents won't see nova pulling kole into the house and up the stairs.

When my parents finally stopped talking to me, I ran up the stairs to help Nova clean his injuries. Since his nose was bleeding, he has a split lip and some cuts on his cheeks, and Bruises.

We then cleaned and bandaged his hands and cuts on his face. Then we put him on his bed it was about 6 pm, and my parents called me for super while my Dad called Kole's phone,I then said, "answer it."

She cleared my throat and then picked up the phone with a deep voice.

K(n)-hey Dad

KD - it is super time, so get out of the Garage.

K(n)-I can't do that. I'm hanging out with one of my friends, and we were about to eat at his place

KD-you sound a bit weird.....

K(n)- what do you mean, well I have to get going ok I'm having super at a friend's house talk to you when I get home

KD-but your truck is here

K(n)-ya I know I dropped it off at home so Nova and I can go to a party after we eat, okay

KD-ok son, see you tomorrow then, huh

K(n)-ya Dad, see you tomorrow

He then hung up on her, and she shrunk back on the bean bag chair while waited for me to finish eating. After that, we watched some movies while making sure Kole was ok since he hadn't woken up yet. Then we both fell asleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night with my phone going off, so I quickly answered it, and it was Gaige. I quickly left Kole's room to answer it.

G-hey Hayden, sorry if I woke u

H-no, it's fine. What do you want

G-well, I want to know if their is anything you want since I will be coming down with my mom, sooo ya

H-not, really, but can I have a new hoodie or anything really? I don't know

G-ok well I will give you something but not kole I will be their in like, a week or whatever with my mom

H-ok, well, I need to go back to bed

G-goodnight

H-good night

After he hung up on me, I went back to bed.
