That Country Life: Hayden's Story

One month later, August 19

I was sitting on a stool in my kitchen just talking to Grayson and Nova. Since Kole and Trystan were working on Kole's Dirtbike. That was when my mom walked through the door.  Nova waved at her and then said, "What up, Miss Hellton."

She smiled and said, "Ohh, not much Dear, but where is Kole."

I then said, "I'll go get him."

I made a run for the garage since my mom wanted to tell us something I could tell by the look she gave us. When I got to the garage, I told Kole and Trystan that mine and Kole's mom wanted to see us all 8n the kitchen.

When we all got to the kitchen, that was when my mo. said, "You kids have been in and out of all your house hanging out so I think you kids should spend  four days out at our cabin, I got a hold of your parents but Nova's and they said you can go."

I Nova jumped off the counter and said, "I'll go call my mom then."

When Nova returned, she said her mom said I could go. Then Kole then yelled, "Let's get packing, and then tomorrow we leave for the cabin."

August 20

When I woke up the next day I grabbed Mt bag full of clothes for the weekend, when I got downstairs, Kole was at the door waiting for me since he was the one to wake me, up. Kole then told me who is all going, and what order we will pick them up in aka Trystan, then Grayson then Nova and then Aubree we are getting Aubree last since her house is in the same direction as lake Vermillion.

When we got to Nova's place, me and
Grayson ran through Nova's door after Nova opened it after we knocked. I said, "Let's get a move on Nova."

She then said, " Okay, just let me let Cookie in."

Then Grayson opened the door and said, "Done, let's go."

She nodded, and then we left. She was in the back seat with me and Grayson, and in the front was Kole and Trystan. Then we stopped at Aubree's place since Grayson wanted her to go with us, so she sat on Nova's lap. Nova then asked where the cabin was.

We were on the road for 3 hours when we finally had our first stop on the trip. We still had 2 more hours before we got there. We stopped at a gas bar, and  most of us wanted snacks, and also, we all needed to go to the washroom. Then, after that, we were back on the road again.

When we finally arrived, Kole had to find the cabin since he hadn't been there without his parents. Then, when he stopped at a house, we all thought that this was kole's family cabin it looked more like a house.

When we got out and grabbed our bags, Grayson yelled, "First person in the house get the best room."

We all broke out into a run, but Aubree, since she really didn't want to run. Kole got to the house first, then it was Nova, then Trystan, Grayson, then me, and then Aubree. kole then said, "Looks like I get to pick a room first, so let's give you all the grand tour of the cabin." 

When me and Grayson pick a room, we got to share one, which was pretty cool, our room had, two twin-size beds and a dresser and window in between the two beds there also was a TV just above the door. Me and Grayson then unpacked something.

After the tour, we picked our rooms and put our bags in said rooms, and then we unpacked all the food from the bed of Kole's truck and put the things in the kitchen. then we all looked on the deck there was a hot tub and off the deck on the grass there was a sitting area with a fire pit in the middle of it and on the lake there was the dock, a boat launch, and a boat on a trailer. 

After that, we all went our separate ways. Grayson and Aubree went on a walk, and I went to my room to sit and watch some TV. I was watching stuff on YouTube, just to pass time.
