When Monroe opened the door, we only had a brief conversation. As I was about to ask more questions, he rushes me out of the room as if he's in a hurry or has somewhere to be. I don't question it of course, since I don't even know him, so I simply go back to my room.
When I arrive back into my room, I look around to make sure nothing is missing. After I inspect my room, I open my phone, only to realize that there's a message from an unknown number.
It says, "The number of times you must write to #8327 has increased to ten times a day. Because you've received this message, it marks the beginning of stage one. Because you have yet to reach out to your family, you will have one day to speak to them before losing contact for an extended period of time. If you are unclear of the contents of stage one, you may go back to the list of rules and stages sent to you before the game commenced. Your partner will also be informed they will only have one more opportunity to contact their family. If you miss it, you must wait until stage two begins. Warm regards."
I decide to do what was recommended and check the list. "We have to list three physical features of ourselves.. great." What if we lose this game because of something stupid like the other player prefers blondes. There's so many ways this could go and I'm not sure what I would even tell them about myself.
They said we only have a day to speak to our families, but I don't even know if I want to speak to mine. I hope 8327 won't take this too harshly, or it could seriously affect our efficiency.
