Inclined the Lord of Hummingbirds I had done
For good luck and certainty,
But with a funny hand of green

He had only given me a bout of disharmony.
I said, Give me the great speed so I can love him properly.
I promised the Lord of Hummingbirds

It will not be the same as last time, wallowing in absurdities;
I will instead do what I must for eternity.
And so he asked, What would happen if turns out the same

As the other instances?
Cloaked in his leafy robe and etched with a growing nose,
I told the Lord of Hummingbirds there is more to life than lying.

I have learned my lesson now and again-
My mistakes are what they are,
That unhappiness is not what I intend.
