The sun woke me up do to it glaring down at me through the window, I scoffed as my brotha barged in how did I know it was him? He does this everyday.

"Come on rises and shines!" Racetrack said happily with a cigarette in his mouth already.

I got up putting on my dog tag I had.

Racetrack gave it to me a long time ago saying it was our fathers he was pretty sure. It had the same last name. Is don't remember my parents he does very vaguely.
"Come on Scar let's get a move on!" He threw a pillow at me making me pissed. He acted like he was a Sgt.

If you're wondering why my nickname is Scar it's because, I have a scar on the side of my face from my past not many people know why.

Only a few that do, don't talk about it as it was traumatizing for me that day and everyone that was involved.

I threw on my newsboys cap and quickly changed, I wore jeans, a flannel top, with red suspenders which after I changed Racetrack came back upstairs to check on me he smirked and snapped the suspenders which hurt "yous bastard!" I yelled chasing after him downstairs.

"Hey Scar!" Mush called out he was shirtless which took my breath for a minute as I stopped running forgetting why I was "hey!" I awkwardly said back. I wasn't used to seeing him like this because Racetrack always tried to keep me away from most of the boys in our groups.

The only boys he let me hang out with was Jack and Mush because he could trust them to protect me and Crutchie.

"Hey how did you sleep Jack!" Mush asked Jack.

"On my back Mush." Jack replied annoyed buttoning his pants up and tucking his shirt in which looked really oddly attractive the way he was doing it.

Mush continued to be annoying "Hahaha! Hear that fellas?!? Hear what Jack said?! I asked Jack how he slept he said on me back, Mush!" Mush continued laughing and hitting Jack playfully.

Jack started hitting him back as they were play fighting.

Mush wrapped an arm around me smirking in Racetracks way I knew he did this to pester him so I tried going along with it once a while smirking at Mush.

"Lay off mush!" Racetrack said shoving his arm off me.

I rolled my eyes at my annoying brother and shoved him back.

"Hey Jack when I walk does it look like I'm faking it?" Crutchie asked Jack they talked In their own conversation for a while.

"Hey Mush want to be partners? Today?" I asked smiling I usually switched between him, Jack and my brotha. "Sure babes." He said only to realize what he said "I mean- I mean.... Sure Scar." He said making me giggle a bit. Racetrack was dead staring at him.

"Also when you going to tell Scar-" Crutchie started but, Jack covered his mouth looking at me.

I was confused as hell. "Tell me what?" "Oh nothing." Jack said "don't worry about it"
