Ivy wakes up in the prison world, by a dock, "You're really using Excalibur? To fish?" Ivy asks, drawing Raf's attention to her. Raf turns to see ivy and hugs her. He looks down to the sword, "l use it on everything," Raf says. "This thing is really amazing. Never gets dull, never breaks," Raf says looking down at the sword. "Hmm," ivy hums. "Guess you could've used it earlier on lava man, huh?" Raf asks. "His name was Blake.
And he didn't deserve what happened to him," ivy says.
"Few of us do," Raf reminds the girl. "Oh, my God. You should have seen this catch that I had yesterday. It was so big, and, like, everything here tastes better. Like, maybe it's the-the air," Raf says. Ivy chuckles, "No, but I have been thinking, we should change the name to a mirror world. It's only a prison if you feel trapped," Raf says. "You really make the best out of wherever you're at," ivy says. "Just something | learned from Landon in foster care. See the potential," Raf says. "You know, if I have to kill Malivore, there's a chance that...everything inside of him dies, too. If I have to do this..." ivy trails off. "Ivy . Whatever you choose.....I'll find a way to understand it," Raf says. "Will Landon?" Ivy asks. "Of course," Raf says. "Landon is willing to sacrifice everything just to spare other people's pain. And that's something that she learned from you," Raf says. "Landon's my sister . I know losing her will never be easy. But out of all of us, she has the best chance at finding peace. And after the life that she's had to live, I want that for her more than anything," Raf says. Ivy sits down on the dock, Raf joins her. The werewolf and the almost Qubrid watch as time moves in the mirror world.

"That's certainly one way to get someone to waste time," Kai says. "How so?" Damon asks. "Ask the person that still has a deep rooted connection to the idiot daughter of Malivore," Kai says. "And," Hope adds. "Put a brand new
Gemini heretic's blood on the spell," Kai adds.

Reality
Dorian knocks on the door to a closed off classroom,
"Come in," Alaric says. "Josie called. I heard what's going on," Dorian says. "I have something I think you need to see," the principal at Mystic Falls High School says. Dorian hands the man a thick folder, "What is this?" Alaric asks.
"It's my plan. For the day of the merge. It's a list of who we should call, spells to have on hand. And I have two blank letters for Lizzie and Josie to write to each other. That way, whoever survives gets a goodbye from the other sister and a reminder that they're forgiven," Dorian explains. "Why did you make this?" Alaric says, not wanting to tell his friend that this won't be needed. "Because I knew that if that day ever came, you wouldn't be thinking straight. You'd be fighting till the last second to try and save them. But if the worst happened, I knew we'd need a plan," Dorian says.
"Because there are some things that can't be avoided...no matter how hard we try," he adds. "When Josie called, I knew right away this was one of those days we've been trying to avoid. Ric, you know as well as I do, ivy can only outrun this for so long. It's happening. Whether you're ready for it or not... it's happening. So the only question is, when the worst comes, are you gonna make her face it by herself?" Dorian asks.

"Look who is keeping secrets now," Lucifer says. "What do you mean," Caroline asks. "I'm just noticing that Alaric did not tell Dorian that the Merge is no longer a problem," Elitoy says. "Why is it no longer a problem," Corey asks. "Because the Gemini family is very strict," Kai says. "Heretics cannot be a part of the Merge," Kai says.

The two men look up when they hear someone knock on the door, Lucifer standing in the opening. "Didn't you hear?" He asks. "We won't be needing that," Lucifer says.
"Incendia," Lucifer says, releasing a small fire ball towards the file. "Why wouldn't we?" Dorian asks. Lucifer looks at Alaric with an eyebrow raised, "Care to tell him," Lucifer says. "Or should I," Lucifer asks. "Lizzie died in an explosion," Alaric says, keeping lucifer stare. "She is now a heretic. Making the Merge null and void," Lucifer says. "Oh, and just so you know, our family has been called," Lucifer says. "And you had no say whether ivy turns or not," the dark haired Mikaelson growls. "Get over it," he says. Lucifer leaves the room, slamming the door and locking it with his magic as he leaves.
