When they got back to their dorm, Jimin didn't asked him anything. Taehyung seemed calmed but quiet. So Jimin just helped him get changed quickly and made him drink some water before they quickly got into Tae's bed. Jimin made sure to cuddle him tight.
"Whenever you wanna talk, I am here Tae." He presses a kiss on Taehyung forehead and tae just nods at this pressing his face in Jimin's chest.
Jimin stays awake waiting for Tae to speak. But when he heard soft snore he smile and dozes to his dreamland as well.
It's next morning both awake in tae's bed still cuddling that Tae mumbles "I love Jungkook."
Jimin smiles quietly playing with tae's hair and waiting for him to continue.
"I don't know what to do now. I feel like shit for loving him even after being aware he loves someone else." Tae sighs defeatedly.
Jimin shocked pulls back to look at tae "Huh??" did he hear him right?
"Yeah." Tae seems upset but still proceeds speaking. "He loves someone. He told me on the very first day we met."
Jimin looks a him puzzled "Did he told you who it is?"
Tae just shakes his head in no. Wonders if he should be relieved for not knowing.
Jimin sighs and thinks if anyone can be more stupid than his friends. "You should talk to him Tae." he says gently.
"I don't know. I need some time i guess." Tae mumbles.
Jimin hums in understanding holding him close.
It's later in the afternoon their door bell rings. Jimin waddles towards the door to check who is it.
"Jungkook?"

Jimin enters Tae's room hesitantly and sits beside tae who has his legs crossed scrolling in his mobile phone.
"Tae." he calls softly holding tae's hands.
"You know i love you right?" he asks.
Tae looks at him confused but still nods his head.
"I care about you more than myself. You know that right?"
"Chim-- " Jimin interrupts him.
"Trust me when i say you don't have to scared tae." he shakes his head.
"Please don't be scared tae." he says again looking at him.
"Chim wha--" "Jungkook." Jimin calls making tae freeze.
A nervous Jungkook hesitantly steps in avoiding tae's eyes.
"I am sorry for forcing you Tae. But please trust me this once. Jungkook wants to tell you something. He will be quick i promise. Is it okay? or should i ask him to leave?" Jimin asks carefully. He knows he's pressurizing tae but he has to for his good sake.
Tae is still looking at Jungkook who has his eyes attached to the ground. "okay." tae says surprising everyone including himself.
Jimin pecks those hands before letting it go and getting up. "If you need me just call me okay." he says reassuring him.
He gives a comforting smile to Jungkook on his way out and shuts the door softly.
"How are you feeling now?" Jungkook asks unsure.
Tae is not even answering him. He is just looking at his hands.
"You weren't picking up my calls neither you were answering my text. I was worried." Jungkook says looking at him.
"Why? Why are you worried about me?" Tae asks agitated and looks at him.
Only now Jungkook sees how Tae's eyes are red and puffy. Is he crying. He steps forward instantly. "What do you mean why? You are my friend Tae of course I am worried about you." He says.
Friend. Tae just looks at him. "I am not your friend." Cause Friends don't betray by falling in love despite knowing you love someone else. Tae says averting his gaze. This is getting so painful.
"You are mad at me right." he steps forward "Did i do something wrong? I am sorry. I don't know what i did. I can see i have hurt you, i made you cry. I am sorry. Please don't push me away tae. I am sorry." Jungkook pleads.
Tae shuts his eyes tight. There again. Jungkook is still worried about him even after tae treated him poorly. Guilt irks his skin. He is crying now clearly. He can't help. Jungkook is making it more difficult for him.
"What do you wanted to say? Please make it quick and leave." He says and stands abruptly to turn away not wanting to show his face to Jungkook.
"Please look at me. Tell me what's wrong. Please." Jungkook says grabbing tae's hand gently and making him turn.
Tae is crying, tears flowing without any control. Jungkook moves close desperately wanting to comfort him, wanting to wipe those tears off. But before he could.
Tae pushes him away, tears streaming down his face "Why don't you get it?" He yells crying "If I stay around you anymore I can't Stop myself from falling for you more. I might never be able to move on." He has his eyes shut sobbing loudly.
Jungkook is shocked with the sudden confession. He just stands there too stunned to speak.
"I know you would hate me. What kind of a shitty friend i am who falls for his friend knowing all well he is in love with someone else." Tae is choking on his own words. "I can't help kookie." he shakes his head "You made it inevitable. I couldn't help but fall for you. I am trying to stop this. I am trying. But with you around i can't. Even if you aren't around i don't think i can fall out of love." Tae says ashamed.
Jungkook cradles his face gently wiping his tears "Then don't". When tae opens his eyes he sees, Jungkook is crying too wiping tae tears.
His heart breaks he holds Jungkook's wrist leaning into the touch, it's getting more hard but he has to, he closes his eyes trying to find comfort in the touch "You love someone else kookie, it already hurts I don't want my heart broken."
Jungkook swallows the lump in his throat. "When I saw you with Jimin Hyung in the dance studio for the first time, I fell for you tae. I never believed in love at first sight until I met you. It's been 5 months tae, it's you the person I am in love with. I just never got the courage to confront. Before it was fear of being rejected then when we started hanging out I was scared if I tell you how I feel about you I might lose you as a friend too. At this point I can't even imagine a day without talking to you tae, I am doomed. Over love I chose your presence. I was scared what if after telling you about my feelings I might not be able to do things I do for you. I wanna make you happy tae, I want to take care of you. I want to be there every time you go through something bad. I can't..." Before he finishes tae kisses his lips firmly.
Jungkook gasps in shock and before reacts tae pulls back. Jungkook chases him and catches his lips in a desperate kiss.
They both giggle before pulling each other in a fervent kiss.
