The moment he halts, he's breathing heavily. This is what Jimin likes about dancing, every time he dances nothing matters. All his frustration is released. He heaves satisfied "Jimin Hyung.." A boy with doe eyes comes towards him handing him a bottle of water. "Thank you jungkookie " Jimin gulps the water. 

"you were so good Hyung. You must be tired now, You should get back to the dorm and rest." That guy, Jungkook tells Jimin with concerned eyes. "I will, don't worry." Jimin smiles his heart overwhelming with fondness. Jungkook has always been so caring and loving towards him. And Jimin is grateful. 

"Jiminieee" Tae rushes towards him screaming his name with a grin like always and Jungkook is just stunned. "Hey Tae, I am done. I'll just get my bag." Jimin says. "Okay, I'll wait by the corridor." Tae throws a  smile towards Jungkook stilling him.

Jimin nudges him sneakily, "when are you gonna make a move, kook ah?" teases him. "Huh?" Jungkook looks like a caught  bunny. he scratches his neck looking down "what are you talking about Hyung?" he mumbles.

"Oh come on. i must be a fool to not notice your heart eyes for tae. you've been pinning on him for 3 months now, when are you gonna man up huh?" Jimin scolds without any bite. 

"Its not like th..." Jungkook bites his lips before he finishes. "He likes boys too and is currently single. Iam his best friend and as far i know he isn't interested in anyone now. if you don't make a move now, someone else will." Jimin says casually making Jungkook's heart break.

"I don't know what i should, he's.... he's out of my league clearly." Jungkook feels small "I don't know if he'll ever like me." 

Jimin's heart aches at that sight, he thought maybe it's some attraction but Jungkook seems so deep into it already. Jimin sighs knowing well how it feels.

"Okay. Come over to my place at 5. will you?" Jimin asks. Jungkook just looks at him confused. "Come on trust me. it will be fine." Jimin says reassuring him with a sweet smile. Jungkook just nods at this.

"I am telling you, it won't work tae." Jimin is clearly upset knowing that even now fate isn't in his favor. But is there something he can do . He frowns more. Tightening his grip around tae more.

Jimin and tae are curled up together in his bed in their dorm room. Tae sighs defeatedly "Maybe yeah. It's a bad idea Maybe." Tae sounds more upset than Jimin. 

Jimin heart swells at this. "It's okay we can find other ways." Tries to uplift the mood. Tae just hums. "Jiminie?" Jimin hums in answer. "He really is an Ass face." Tae is pouting now.

Jimin chuckles at this. Tightening his arms around tae. Door bell rings bringing them out of their sadland. "were you expecting someone jiminie?" Tae asks looking at him softly. 

Jimin diverts his eyes before answering. He moves to get up. "you remember Jungkook. I called him to come over." Jimin gulps a bit "He's been upset something, i thought maybe we could play games together to distract him." Jimin looks at tae warily. "Is that okay Tae?"

Tae beams "Of course i would love to play video games now. come on lets get him." with that tae moves to turn on the pc. Jimin sighs in relief before moving to open the door.

"Hey Jungkook, come inside." Jimin grins welcoming Jungkook. 

Jungkook does a deep bow before speaking "Hello. Thank you for having me. I hope i am not troubling you." Jungkook says with flushed cheeks. Tae chuckles at his antics making jungkook's heart stop beating. 

"No need to be so formal Kookie. you are Jimin's friend you are welcome here." Tae gives him a cheery smile. The nickname makes Jungkook nervous, he looks at Jimin, who teases him mouthing kookie. Jungkook can feel the heat rising up to his cheeks. Jungkook just nods, not being able to utter any words. 

"Okay, put on the game tae, I'll get some snacks and drinks. Jungkookie sit down now, how long you gonna stand." Jimin feels like the Hyung scolding his dongsaengs, he smiles and moves towards their small kitchen.

He found only one can of coke and some crackers, and suddenly his mind makes up an idea. He takes them to the couch and puts them on the table. 

"Tae I'll go get some drinks from the supermarket down the lane." Jimin says while taking his jacket.

"okay we will wait." "Oh no no, please you go ahead as soon i come back i will join." Jimin reassures. "I'll be back guys, have a good time until then." before he turns he winks at Jungkook stunning him.

The door shuts click, Jungkook's stomach churns at the prospect of being alone with his... what? someone who makes his heart flip. He gulps nervously trying to focus on the game.

They Have been playing games for a while now, but Jungkook is very quiet, at first tae thought he must be focusing but he realized Jungkook is nervous maybe. He has been tapping his legs and his hands holding the controller are shivering. 

He is jimin's friend still, he can't unsee how uncomfortable he is. Tae puts his controller on the table pausing his game before turning to jungkook.

Jungkook freezes when tae moves a bit closer. "Hey you okay? why do you seem so nervous?" Tae asks before he takes the coke opening it and handing it to jungkook motioning him to drink a bit. 

Jungkook sips some nervously and looks down. "I know you are Jimin's friend, but i can't act like it doesn't bother having you visibly nervous around me." Tae speaks softly not to offend or cross boundaries.

"If something is bothering you, you can talk to me you know. At this point we are becoming friends as well" Tae grins at him trying to make him comfortable. 

Jungkook just bites his lips looking down, " I am sorry i didn't want to overboard. just..." Tae turns to take controller before he does anything Jungkook speaks. 

"It's... It's okay." Jungkook clears his throat to speak more. "I am not used to this." He mumbles ashamed.

"not used to what? playing games?" Tae questions. Being with you alone Screams Jungkook's mind. "Yeah" he replies warily. 

"Ahh. you don't have to worry so much about it. we all suck at the first time. you just have to keep trying without giving up. eventually you will start winning." Tae motivates him.

Jungkook raises to look at him Maybe i should really try. He nods his head "Yeah" he Reponses with a little smile.

"Great" Tae beams before putting some crackers in his mouth. "Jimin said you've been upset lately, if you don't mind can i ask why? you don't really have to answer it, just thought maybe you need a listener." Tae speaks concerned. 

Jungkook is panicking now, loudly gulping. "Sorry i shouldn't have asked. you don't have to say anything. I am sorry." Tae speaks hurried and with a bit of shame. 

Jungkook shakes his head, "No, it's Okay really. I...." he can hear his heart beating out loudly in his chest "I like someone and I don't know what to do about it." He says looking down with no courage to meet tae's eyes.

Tae hums in understanding "Is it Taemin?" Jungkook chokes on air at this and starts coughing. Tae immediately gets closer and pats his back. "Easy there" he says handing him some water. 

"No, it's not him." Jungkook is totally trying to avoid any eye contact now. He's tensed.

"Really?" Tae asks surprised. "At this point almost everyone I know has a crush on Taemin." Tae mumbles.

Jungkook's breath hitches. "Umm... Do you.." he looks at him now. "Do you like taemin too?" He's holding his heart in his hands now.

"Nah. He is nice but not my type." Tae says very casually.
Jungkook breathes with releif. " Yeah."

"He must look real good if he won your heart instead of the uni's heartthrob." Tae asks him turning his attention to the game now, planning to resume it.

Jungkook smiles shyly looking at him with his doe eyes.

"Yeah. He's so beautiful more than anyone else."
