Pyrrha ended the match with team CRDL by slamming Cardin onto the ground, causing it to rupture.
Glynda: "And that's the match!" She said, walking behind a hurt Cardin.
Cardin: "groans Lucky shot...ugh." He passed out .
Glynda: "Well done Miss Nikos, you should have no problem entering the tournament."
Pyrrha: "Thank you professor." She nodded.
Glynda: "Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow but we have enough time for one more sparring match." She said, looking towards the crowd of kids. "Miss Belladonna, you've been rather docile for a few classes, why not-"
Mercury: "I'll do it!" He raised his hand, getting Glynda's attention.
Glynda: "Ah, Mercury was it? Very well, let's find you an opponent." She said, pressing buttons to find someone who would be most compatible.
Mercury: "Actually! I was thinking of fighting....him." He pointed towards Y/n.
Glynda: "Are you sure? While I'm not saying you aren't capable of yourself, I suggest an opponent more your level.." she said worried.
Mercury: "I'm sure I can take him." He smirked.
Glynda sighed. "Very well. Y/n, do you accept?" She asked, hoping he would say no.
Y/n: "Hmmm...sure, I'm bored as hell." He said stretching before getting up from his seat.
Timeskip
Y/n walks onto the battlefield, looking rather bored and uninterested at the opponent, Mercury, who's in front of him with a cocky smirk.
Mercury: "What, am I not good enough for you to pull your weapon out?" He said.
Y/n: "Using my weapons would be over kill, I think I'll be fine without them." He said, getting a scoff from Mercury.
Glynda: "Save your banter for the match, are you two ready?" She asked, getting a nod from them both. "Begin!"
Mercury wasted no time, lunging at him foot first. Y/n dodges with ease, hands in pockets and that dull expression still plastered.
This made Mercury scowl in anger, back flipping back towards Y/n and meeting with multiple kicks, bullets shooting past to add more force into them but this just made Y/n dodge faster.
