Chapter 6: Burning the Candle (V2 Ep6)

Weiss: "A little more to the left.."

Y/n grumbles, moving it more to said direction. This makes Weiss frown slightly.

Weiss: "Now a little more to the right." She pointed, Y/n moving it. "No! Now it needs to be more left again!"

Y/n anger began slowly rising, tick marks began appearing on his head as he slowly moved it to the left.

Weiss: "Ugh, I can't believe how much of a dingbat you are! It's suppose to be completely aligned with the balloons!"

Y/n: "If you're so picky why don't you do it." He said, a tick mark bulging on his head.

Weiss gave him a scoff and moved the speaker just 2 millimeters to the left. "Perfect." She smiled.

Y/n eyes twitched before simply sighing. Then came along the rest of team TAGT carrying a bunch of equipment, balloons, party lights, disco ball, the basic of a school party.

Gojo: "What's up, having trouble with the equipment?" He asked.

Y/n: "No, just the stupid Snow White making things harder than it needs to be." He grumbled.

Weiss pops up in front of Gojo, a smile on her face as she has two gray color cards in her hands. "Gojo! Just the guy I was looking for, I need you to pick a table cloth!"

Gojo looked at them, a confused look on his face seeing how they're just the same color. Not even the six eyes user could tell the difference between them. "Aren't they just the same?"

Ruby: "That's what I said!" Ruby said, slumping back down on the table. Weiss scoffs and walks away, growling at the fact none of these simpletons able to understand her way of seeing things.

Athena places a speak down on top of the one Yang placed down, flying down back to the floor with a look of concern on Ruby's face making her start a conversation to hopefully ease the mind of her.

Athena: "So! Ruby, got a dress to the dance yet?" She asked with a smile.

Ruby: "What's the point? Who cares about the dance if Blake isn't going?"

Yang butts in. "Don't worry, she's going!" She smiles before seeing Weiss placing down doilies at the tables. "Weiss! I thought we agreed on no doilies!"

Weiss: "If I don't get doilies, then you won't get fog machine!" She said, arms crossed.

The door opened, Neptune and Sun walking inside.

Neptune: "Your dance is gonna have fog machines?"

Thanatos: "I don't know about them, we're simply helping out our fellow members."

Weiss: "BUT, we were thinking about it!" She said, a huge change of attitude.

Neptune: "That's pretty cool." He said flirty to Weiss. Gojo wasn't looking, but his face was dull, hearing the change of attitude Weiss gave Neptune, its almost as if he's...jealous?

Sun: "You ladies all excited for dress up?" He said, putting up finger guns to the seven of them.

Ruby: "Pffft, yeah right." She rolled her eyes.

Thanatos: "Maybe, it currently depends if I'm not busy with training." He said, Ruby suddenly with a change of heart.

Ruby: "On second thought maybe I might!" She said quickly.

Yang: "Laugh all you want, I'll be turning heads tomorrow night!" She said proudly. "So what will you boys be wearing tonight?"

Sun: "Uh, this?" He said, waving his finger around himself.
