"I mean Poseidon's son? That's crazy, right?" Y/N asked her older sister, Silena. After what happened by the creek, Y/N would not shut up about it. "Mhm," Silena hummed for the millionth time. It was the next morning and Silena had asked Y/N if she could do her hair. Silena was using a straightener to blowout Y/N's hair. After using heat, Silena rolled rollers in her hair.

"I guess I shouldn't really be surprised. After what happend in the toilets- ow! You burned me!" Y/N whined.

"That wouldn't have happened if you had just sat still!" Silena yelled back. Y/N looked in the mirror of the vanity she was sitting by. "It looks like I have a fucking hickey!"

"Oh, stop whining. When your hair is done, it'll cover you neck anyway."

Silena finished putting rollers in Y/N's hair and sprayed some hairspray on them. "You can take them out after half an hour," she said before walking off to the bathroom. "Half an hour?!" Y/N yelled after her. She sighed and got dressed.

It was almost time for breakfast and Y/N exited her cabin. Outside stood Annabeth, waiting for her as usual.

"You know you can wait inside for me, right?" Y/N asked the girl as they both made their way to the Dining Pavilion. "And have your sister try to give me a make-over again? No thank you."

After breakfast, Y/N and Annabeth decided to train a bit. They managed to scale the climbing wall in full lava-and-earthquake mode. When they got back down, Chiron called them over. He told them that Percy was given a quest to retrieve the lightning bolt, since he apparently 'stole' it. He could bring two companions, Grover was one of them. Chiron told them that if one of them wanted to join the quest aswell, they had volunteer as soon as possible.

"I want you to volunteer," Y/N told Annabeth after Chiron left.

"What? No Y/N. You have never been outside. You deserve to go," Annabeth told her.

"And I will."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Don't worry about it," Y/N said with a smirk before leaving to her cabin.

That afternoon, Y/N was packing her bag. She deserved to embark on this quest, but so did Annabeth. She couldn't make her wait longer, but she herself couldn't wait anymore either. Y/N's plan was to sneak out and join them by using Annabeth's invisibility cap that she 'borrowed'.

"Are you sure you want to do this, Y/N? You could get in serious trouble," Silena warned.

"Yeah, besides, rather me than Annabeth." Y/N was stuffing all her stuff in a backpack, which was hard because normally she'd pack four suitcases. "Do you think i'll get the chance to wash my hair?" Silena shook her head. Y/N sighed and packed her dry shampoo. She

Y/N finished packing and looked at Silena. "Oh, I'm gonna miss you.." she said while wrapping her arms around her sister. "I'm gonna miss you too. Be safe." They let go, Y/N waved one last time at Silena and put the cap on before leaving cabin 10.

She was walking toward Thalia, the big pine tree that protected the borders of camp, and could see Annabeth, Percy and Grover walking towards Argus' car. Suddenly, she was stopped by a voice.
