She came rushing screaming at everyone in her way.
"Should we make a run for it?...girls?"
When I turn around I see Zuri taking off her jacket. Marley stands up and walks over to her mom blocking her way to us. Zuri stands back but is still in her line of sight.
She yells. "This is what you're doing after winning a lead eating calories!!" You can see her spit flying in her face. Marley's face falls and she sinks into herself.
"We have poured everything into you. You ungrateful worthless little child you are so stupid I gave you life and you can't exchange a little something in return. I wish I never had you!! You are going to get your ass in this car and we are going back to rehearsals!!"
Marissa grabs arm and pulls her hard. She yells in pain and fights back.
"Mom, I don't care anymore, I don't need you, I never have. Now let me go, you're hurting me!!."
I rush to help.
Zuri
I can't watch this anymore. Marissa is completely insane. I'm taking Mars home today.
Just as I was about to slap her purple. Roman pushed past me so fast headed straight for Marissa he nudged her to the ground. He quickly walks back and rushes the both of us to our things.
"Grab your stuff, Mars come on Zuri."
He takes both of us by the hand and we walk past the scene as quickly as possible. People tried to help her but she's too stubborn.
"You stupid bitch!! YOU'RE NOT MY DAUGHTER!!" She screeches, her voice straining.
Marley snatched away and walked towards her mom yelling. "AND YOU ARE NOT MY MOTHER STUPID BITCH, YOU ARE A NOBODY A COWARD WHO SELLS HERSELF TO RICH WHITE MEN!!"
"I hate you." Marissa whimpers.
Marley laughs. "You don't hate me, you hate yourself and you wish you were me." She pushed her mom back, shuffling her clothes and taking her keys and cell phone.
"I'll see you at home Marissa." With that, she walks over and joins us again holding hands.

I wanted to keep this chapter short. This week is all about Marley but it's been a little difficult writing for her. I'll try to extend it for you next time.
