Chucky, in his doll form, had been watching Tiffany and Nica's interactions for quite a while, but he was especially interested in watching Tiffany the night after he interacted with her through Nica. He wanted to know if he had gotten under her skin. It's not that he cared, at least that's what he told himself, but it was pretty obvious that he did care with the amount of watching and stalking he had been doing.
Chucky had never really the lover type, but him and Tiff used to be so close, and now that Tiffany had fallen in love with that stupid Nica, he felt betrayed. To be honest, it wasn't even just because of Nica. Ever since they had Glen and Glenda, he knew they were going to grow apart at some point. She abandoned her doll body to be Jennifer Tilly instead of staying in her vessel like he did. She wanted him to become human again with her, but he refused. Becoming a doll had helped him so much to murder people that he never wanted to go back to being solely human again. Maybe a human vessel for part of his soul here and there, but never fully. Since he had decided to stay a doll, Tiffany had mostly moved on to someone she thought she would be able to have an actual relationship with, whether or not Nica returned the feelings.
Chucky snuck to the doorway to listen in whenever Tiffany went in to give Nica her breakfast. He heard her say she was going into town again so he quickly rushed to Tiffany's car to get into the backseat and hide before she could see him. While he was waiting, he tried to think of what she could possibly be doing going back into town again since she was just there yesterday.
"She just went to that fuckin' flower shop yesterday. She can't be buying more flowers!! That'd be ridiculous!! ...Oh, who am I kidding, it's Tiff..." he sighed. "She's ridiculous..."
He mumbled to himself a bit as he thought some more before remembering that Tiffany said something yesterday about having a certain type in men whenever she had gotten into the car.
"'A certain type in men?' The only man she's ever loved is me, and I don't know anyone else like me!" He scoffed. "Plus, the only man she's been around recently was that twink that runs the flower shop, and I KNOW she isn't into him."
Just then, he heard Tiffany leave the house so he scooted further under the seat to ensure she didn't see him. As she got in the car, she was not her usual cheery, sing-songy self, instead she was quiet and sullen, probably still feeling bad about Nica. Chucky rolled his eyes. "Pathetic" he whispered under his breath.
The whole car ride, Chucky listened intently underneath the seat. He didn't really hear anything of interest, just Tiffany mumbling about the music that was on the radio and some choice words towards other drivers.
When she finally made it to her destination, she stopped the car and parked, though she didn't get out immediately. He crawled out from underneath the seat and peeked out the window. He scanned the surroundings before the spotting the flower shop again and assumed that's where she must be going. It seemed like she had parked quite a bit further than she did yesterday, but he didn't question it. He just figured she was probably thinking about shopping around more than just flowers and would make her way there eventually.
He waited for an opening, and when Tiff was distracted with her purse, he opened the back door slightly and slipped out, closing it quietly, and making a run for the flower shop, trying to get there before her.
