astrid's pov

the person holding me let my mouth go but still held a tight grip on my arms and body. looking around i only noticed 3 of the men but im sure the other 3 were nearby, using my power i casted a net out to see where they were. i gasped lowly as i noticed they were in my house, not too far from our group of 4, they were probably trying to get aurelia. i tried to fight the person behind me remembering that aurelia was in the shower and i didn't want anyone mate or not to scare her.

"stop fighting pretty, we don't want to hurt you we just wanna talk" the one behind me said, his voice was deep but almost like velvet, i couldn't get caught up in that though. i stomped my foot down onto the foot of the person who was holding me and felt them loosen their grip just enough for me to slip away and turn invisible rushing to the bathroom i heard the boy holding me say oh shit before getting yelled at by the someone else.

slipping into my bedroom i noticed the other 3 men standing at the bathroom door debating on going in. i slipped through the cracked door and walked into the shower fully clothed, holding my hand over lia's mouth i turned visible again, "lia shh listen to me, our mates are here" i said lowly hoping she could hear me. she nodded her eyes hard and her lips in a straight line. she stepped out of the shower and grabbed a towel letting the water run still, so they would think she was still in the shower.

"i can turn us invisible again maybe, and get us out of here our go bags are at the front door and the keys are by the door as well." i said my eyes locked on hers, i wasn't sure how cold it was outside but i wasn't sure if it would be safe enough for her to go out without any clothes. but if i could just get her to the car she could change in the backseat at least. "we lost her guys, but she wouldn't leave the girl in the shower so she must be in here somewhere" i heard a different voice say.

i wish i could know their names but it wouldn't be safe for them or us, "okay that's fine i'll take the towel and get dressed in the car but we need to go now" she said grabbing my hand and squeezing tight. "just go in the fucking bathroom they could be escaping if there's a window and i'm not gonna loose them again" a different voice chimed in. i turned us both invisible and held my breathe as the door slammed open fully.

"shit" one of them said lowly while looking right over us. "well that's just fucking great aiden you let them get away" the one holding me from before, aiden rolled his eyes and let out a breathe, "calm down i'll find them" he said stalking into the bathroom walking right past us as i pulled lia with me my breathing low. we crept past aiden and i saw zander staring right at us but he looked away a frown on his face.  "okay im actually done playing, you girls want to play then let's play" the curly haired one said.

his eyes turned white before he looked around the room, i pulled lia away and started to run through the door feeling accomplished when we go to the hallway, before being grabbed back as someone grabbed me and someone else grabbed lia. since she lost her connection to me she turned visible only her towel covering her body. "holy shit" aiden said his eyes trailing her body, i choose that moment to turn visible again and tried to get out of the curly ones arms to get to lia.

"stop squirming before i give you something to actually squirm bout ma" the curly headed one said in my ear making me instantly calm down. "please just let her put some clothes on, and i'll do whatever you want" i pleaded with our mates, "shut the fuck up astrid, you won't do anything to or for them" lia said her eyes burning with a fire not meant for me. one of the guys took off his shirt and handed it to lia, "here and once your covered well let you go into the room to get some pants" the man with loc's said his voice strong and powerful and it made me clench my thighs together.
