Two months later…The NYPD police station.

“Unacceptable. Now I don’t know if we have a guardian angel or rival gangs or a warrior of justice. When any of you get the chance, get this guy of the streets before people start getting the wrong idea.” The police chief ordered his men after showing his officers the headline the front page. It seemed he still didn’t like the idea of there being a vigilante in the city. Especially one who took the law in his own hands.

“They say it’s just one teenager or just some guy playing Man-Spider or Hooded-Vigilante or the Hooded-Crusader or whatever.” One random officer joked causing some of the other officers to chuckle at him.

"Yeah, sooner or later, we're gonna be having everyone dressed in goofy costumes playing pretend hero." Another officer added.

"Maybe we should join in on the fun when it happens. We can start by buying ourselves our own ski masks. Our names will be the blue avengers." A female officer causing everyone to laugh hysterically.

"Ahem!" The cheif loudly cleared his throat getting everyones attention while also making them quiet again.

Harvey politely raised his hand. “Sir if I may join the topic?”

“Yes, Harvey.” The police chief granted permission.

“This “teenager” or whatever did help us bust the most powerful crime lord in this city in only a few months where it could’ve taken us years to. Not to mention he proved Benjamin King wasn’t the city’s public darling he appeared to be. And we got some solid evidence to pin him to all of the crimes.” Harvey explained, holding an ivory folder that contained the evidence he was referring to. “We even managed to find several of his warehouses filled with dozens of military grade and heavily-modernized weapons, sir. Weapons that if there were let to roam the city they would’ve created chaos. He’s gonna be behind bars for a long time. So maybe we should at least give the kid a little credit and maybe stop treating him like an offender? Or like he's some kind of new circus attraction.”

“No one takes the law into their own hands in my city. Understand.” Sated the police chief, quietly, not caring at all. A vigilante is still a vigilante.

"Speaking of which, where the heck do you think a guy like King made those kinds of weapons like that?" An officer asked aloud. "You don't make craft weapons like and leave no trace of it."

"Well, according to our new " informant", King doesn't make his wepoans here in New York, let alone the state, it would bring too much attention." A female officer began explaining. "Apparently, he makes them someplace else then brings them here using numerous secret shipments. That way, even if people knew of his side hustle, they wouldn't know how to track the source. You get me?"

"Besides, this new guy may have managed to take down the biggest crime lord ever. But I know for the fact with the connections King has, he's not gonna be in that cell for more than a year." A male officer told everyone. Something which everyone agreed to.

"Yeah, one of his people may have tipped us off about the warehouse and the secret vault but because the connection isn't directly linked to him, he's gonna be what? Out in like a week?" Another female officer surmised.

"Which means we have won the battle for now but the war is still going on." Added another officer.

"It never ends does it?" Harvey couldn't help but grumble.

"No it doesn't." The cheif muttered in agreement.

At Vero’s school, school hallway.

Vero was just finishing putting in his school textbooks in his locker after arriving. “You actually managed to make it to school in time this time.” Alexa said from behind him standing next to Kai.
