The family was about to go sit down for breakfast; when Caesar got a text message.

Hey Searph it's All Might

Can you tell one of your sons I want to and make one of them my successor? I will be at Dagobah Beach.

Ceasar: Uh; that's something.

Izuku: What is going on Dad?

Caesar: It was All Might; he wants me to find you and take you to him.

Izuku: Oh really; why is that?

Caesar: He wants to make you an offer to be his successor. Since I know that all of you would rather stay with me; so I chose Izuku.

Everyone sat in shock and Izuku was seeing stars.

Izuku: What you picked me? But why; you already are the best teacher in the world?

Miriam: Three words: One for All.

Izuku: One. For. All. What's that?

Miriam: One For All is a transferable Quirk that can be passed on from one user to the next. Its name comes from its nature; 'one' quirk for 'all' people.

Izuku: Just like what you did to me?

Caesar: Not quite.

Caesar plucked a lock of his thick black hair and handed it out in front of him.

Caesar(imitating All Might): Eat this.

All: Eh???!!!!!

Caesar: To inherit this power; you have to ingest a piece of the previous user's DNA or inject it into your body.

Miriam: And if you are well in tune with it; you can also gain access to some of the past holders' powers.

Markus and Maria just covered their faces, David and Daniel were gagging, and the rest had a blank, disgusted, and confused stare.

Inko: Caesar honey place tell me that you're joking? Please!

He just shook his head no.

Markus: Sorry Mama Inko, but he's not joking; we can tell whether he is joking or not.

Inko just got up and curled up in a corner with Issac sitting next to her.

Izuku: That sounds amazing, but he should find someone else to pass it to; like someone who already has a quirk. Also, the part where I have to ingest his DNA is disgusting.

Caesar: I know and he can't.

Izuku: Why?

Caesar: You see One For All can affect the user's lifespan. If a person who already has a Quirk receives One For All, the extra Quirk places an enormous burden on their body, depleting the user's life force and shortening their lifespan, described as adding water to an already full cup, causing it to overflow and break down. The rate at which the person's life decays is unknown, but Hikage, the fourth user, received One For All at the age of twenty-two and died of "old age" eighteen years later, at the age of forty. This weakness can be circumvented if an inheritor does not already have a Quirk, since the Quirkless user would be an "empty cup" that is filled by One For All. Plus once it's transformed over to someone else; it will build up to the point if the holder is not strong enough to hold it, their body with explode.
