Truth or Dare? (Part II)

 "Put it on speaker." Calum said earning a slap from Blair  who clamped her hand over his mouth. I complied anyway.

"Alexis Elizabeth Lane. There is absolutely no way tat is possible. You are one of the straightest people I know for goodness sake. Now are we done here cause I really could be sleeping." my father said through the phone.

"Okay. Yeah, We're done." I sighed into the phone.

"Good. Now goodbye Alexis and goodnight." my father said curtly before pressing out the phone.

There was an awkwardly comfortable silence before Michael spoke up. 

"Well he's a dick." earning himself a slap for Blair, who has been rather abusive tonight. "What?! Everyone was thinking it." he defended rubbing where he'd been hit.

"I'm pretty sure not everyone was thinking it." Blair said rolling her eyes and folding her arms across her chest.

"Yeah? Who?"

"Me." Ashton said tentatively raising his hand.

"Really?" Michael asked everyone giving him a weird look, even Blair. "What were you thinking?"

"That Alexis' middle name is Elizabeth." Ashton said shrugging.

"Oh I'm sure yours is just as bad. Or worse even." I said challenging him.

"Okay twenty-questions for it." Ashton said looking smug like I'd never figure it out."

"And what happens if I win?"

"I believe that we," Michael sad gesturing between Blair, Calum and himself, "shall be choosing the prize for the both of you."

"Yeah its only fair that your prizes are equally sweet." Blair agreed and Calum sat there nodding along. Ashton and I shared a skeptical look. before shrugging it off. I mean it couldn't be that bad. Right?

"Okay. So are you gonna start or sit there and stare at each other like minions stare at bananas.?" Calum asked getting quickly annoyed. Maybe he's bipolar too. Maybe it runs in the family.

"Calm your pants." I say glaring at Calum before turning to Ashton. "You ready?''

"Yep. Fire away."

"Does it have nine letters?''

"Nope."

"Eight?"

"No"

"Seven?"

"Yes."

"Does it begin with a vowel?"

"No."

"A 'f'?"

"Yes." Ashton said not looking as comfortable as he did a few moments ago.

"Freedman?"

"No."

"Fredrick?"

"No."

"Franta?"

"No"

"Fletcher?" I asked. If it wasn't this then what sort of name did this boy have?

"Yes." he mumbled in defeat and in embarrassment.

"Hah! I won. You lost." I said doing a mini-happy dance before pausing to ask, "Fletcher? Really?"

"I didn't name myself. If I did I wouldn't be a Fletcher." Ashton relied, him cringing when he said Fletcher. 

"I like it." I said sitting back down next to him, pulling my legs into the chair. "Ashton Fletcher Irwin."

"Okay would you two shut up so we can announce Alexis' prize." Blair said rolling her eyes which were happier and less annoyed than the tone of her voice implied. Oh no. This isn't going to be could is it?

"Brace yourself." Ashton whispered into my ear, his hot breath sending shivers down my spine. " I know that look from Calum anywhere. This could be either be really bad for us or really good for him."

"What's the difference?" I asked finding my voice.

"There is none."

"Okay Alexis your prize is...." Michael started

"A......." Blair continued smirking her little life away.

"Kiss from the only and only....." Calum said.

'Please say Thomas Hiddleston, please say Thomas Hiddleston.' is what my brain was saying.

"Asthon Fletcher Irwin!!" They all shouted at same time causing my jaw to drop open and Ashton to spit Dr.Pepper all over the table.

Ashton's POV

I wiped my mouth before shooting Calum with my eyes. I looked over at Alexis who's jaw was shot open, but I couldn't read her expression. There was too much 'I want to kill you' in it. I mean we are practically strangers but was I tha bad? Why wouldn't she want to kiss me? 'Because you have no chance.' my brain said, 'This is Alexis Lane we're talking about here. You work for her father. What's so appealing about that?'

"Umm..." I said clearing my throat. "You don't have to if you don't want to." I said turning to Alexis.

"Who said I didn't want to?" Alexis mumbled under her breath, me barely catching it.

"What was that?" I asked smirking feeling confident again.

"I said, if you're going to do it and get it over with." her cheeks tinting slightly.

I moved closer to her and tilted her chin up slightly so she was looking me straight in the eyes I could feel her breathe tickling my chin. She looked so cute anticipation laced her eyes and that was when I kissed her. Her soft lips melted onto mine, the kiss being slow and hesitant at first quickly got heated. She wrapped her arms around my neck tugging on my hair causing me to moan softly. She used this opportunity to slip her tongue into my mouth which I had absolutely no problem with. After a while of our tongue battling for dominance we pulled apart away our breathing heavy and our lips swollen from what we had just shared. I had mixed emotions of joy and excitement. I searched Alexis' eyes for signs that she enjoyed what we shared. Her face was red and her eyes full of lust and excitement. Then I realized that this just complicates things more. We can't just share something like this and then just go on being friends. I'm going to thank Calum wen we leave and then I'm going to kill him in his sleep.

"Wow." Alexis said her hands still playing with my curls.

"Yeah." I replied leaning forward for our foreheads to touch pulling her closer to me. My eyes flicked from her lips to her eyes as if asking for permission to kiss her again. She nodded slightly. Without waiting I reconnected our lips softer this time, enjoying the taste of her like it would be the last. She pulled herself into my lap causing our bodies to come even closer fitting together like pieces of a puzzle.

"Eh Hem." Blair said clearing her throat causing us to jump apart and back into reality. Disappointment was evident on Alexis' face. "We said kiss not make babies.

"Umm I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick." Alexis said practically jumping off my lap running her hands through her hair. I sighed knowing that was probably the last kiss we would ever share, and now my feelings toward her were even greater. I sighed running my hands through my own hair.

"Excuse me." Blair said getting up from her position and following Alexis into her room.

"Your welcome by the way." Calum said causing me to throw a pillow at him.
