We stumbled out of the elevator on our way outside, I had nearly reached the door when I was called by none other than my father. I stopped in my tracks telling the guys I'll catch up with them.

"Can I help you?"

"I just wanted to know where you were going." he said looking at something behind me. I looked over my shoulder to see Ashton waiting on me.

"You never cared before, why start now?" I asked slipping on my Ray-Bans. I probably looked like the a younger girl version of him. Cocky and a know it all who cared for nothing other than them self. The difference is that only he fits the previous description. Perfectly might I add.

"Alexis," my father said in a warning tone so I knew not to push it.

"I'm going out with some of my friends."

"Is Blair going to be there?"

"Yes dad. Now can I please go. I'm keeping them waiting."

"Yes Lex you can go. Have fun." he said before smiling and walking away leaving me with a dropped open jaw.

"What was that about?" Asthon asked walking up beside me and bringing me back to reality.

"He wanted to know where I was going." I replied still in shock. "And he called me Lex."

"I'm guessing he doesn't do that to often."

"Not at all."

"We can think about that later but for now we are trying to have some fun." he said slipping his much larger hand into mine and interlocking our fingers. This simple motion sent shock waves up my arm. "So let's go." he said walking me out the door and into the car park where everyone but Calum was patiently waiting for us.

"Took you long enough." he scoffed hopping in the front. I just laughed to my self sliding int the back of the seven seater next to Blair who had her legs spread across Michael's lap.

"Hey." Blair said laying her head on my lap.

"Hola."

"So.."

"What?"

"So how's life?"

"Still slightly more complicated but less complicated than it was yesterday. So okay. You?" I asked threading my fingers through her hair.

"Life is okay I guess. I learnt yesterday that my father practically sold my brother to some random tramp."

"Wait what?"

"You know how fathers give their children away to be married to a random person at some random age?"

"Yeah."

"He did that to Luke." she responded playing with her fingers.

"Oh. I'm sorry."  I said. "I'm sure she's not a tramp through."

"She could be the nicest person in the world but she's still  a tramp and will forever be one in my eyes."

"Guys! I think we found our first stop!" Calum shouted from the driver's seat as we pulled over to the side  of the road next to a small pasture with a few trees and a short pier extending into a lake. I snapped a photo of it.

"What are you doing?" B;air asked.

"Collecting memories." I responded before taking my bag and getting out of the car. I found a spot under a cherry blossom tree and placed my blanket on the ground to relax.

"What are you doing?" Michael asked coming up behind me an standing over me.

"I'm flying a kite. What does it look like I'm doing?"
