Miliani wasn't exactly happy to be at Elena's house so early in the morning, right before school. The fact that she still had to go learn after this pissed her off. She helped herself to some strawberries much to Elena's dismay.

"You don't believe her, do you?" Elena asked, taking the strawberry dipped in sugar Miliani handed her. It wasn't her ideal breakfast, but she wasn't going to ignore the girl when she was being nice to her.

Damon scoffed, slapping his daughter's hand away when she tried to shove fruit into his face. "No, of course not. We just want the moonstone," he stated, taking the piece when she pouted at him.

"According to Rose's friend Slater, there's a way to destroy the spell that Klaus wants to break," Stefan explained a little upset when Miliani didn't offer him some. Then again, she has been a little upset with him lately.

Miliani threw her arm over Elena's shoulders. She felt a little closer to her after their little chat with Katherine. "No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. That means you get to live. You are out of fruit," she said slapping her cheek, eating the last piece of fruit.

"How do you destroy it?" Elena asked, throwing out the trash Miliani left lying around.

"By releasing it from the moonstone," Stefan said as if it would explain everything. From behind him, Miliani made exploding motions with her hands.

Elena rolled her eyes at the girl. "How do you guys even know this is gonna work?"

"Cause we have a crafty witch on our side," Damon said wiggling his eyebrows. He had no idea how it would work with Klaus and his daughter, but they agreed to play along with whatever the group was doing.

Besides how mad would the guy be without a working moonstone?

"You discussed it with Bonnie," she said, her shoulders dropping. Elena didn't want her friends to put themselves at risk for her. She was tired of people doing that for her. Her eyes flicked to Miliani for a moment, thankful she didn't want to throw herself into the fire for her. It was one last person to have on her conscious.

Stefan sighed and crossed his arms. "She agreed to do anything she could to help us," he explained, although figured she should have expected that.

"It's Katherine who has the moonstone. She's not gonna give it to you," Elena pointed out, glancing at Miliani who effortlessly waltzed into the tomb and out. She took Katherine off guard the other night and Elena doubted that she could do it again.

"We're gonna get it from her."

Damon threw his arm over his daughter as she fiddled with her phone. One look and he could see it was to Elijah. He was happy she was getting to talk to him a little while he was playing dead. "Well, what he means to say is, we will pry it from her cold, dead hand if we have to."

Stefan rolled his eyes at his brother. "Bonnie just needs to find a way to release the seal long enough for us to get in, get the moonstone, and get out in time for her to return it," he told her.
