The story start in Ozpin's office from "It's Brawl in the Family".
Qrow: And pray tell who would be our guardian?
Ozpin: Currently, I believe there are two candidates here. (He then flashed an image of Pyrrha and Evan.
Qrow: This two?! Ozpin you can't be serious! They're just kids!
Ozpin: And both have more potential than all the students combined in this academy.
Ironwood: I understand that Miss Nikos has much potential, but what of this boy?
Ozpin: I believe I have yet to reveal Mr. Smith's capabilities. Like Miss Rose, he also possess Silver eyes.
Those words got Ironwood and Qrow's full attention.
Qrow: Hang on, this kid has silver eyes too?!
Ozpin: Yes, in fact, he also manage to master it.
The screen then showed Evan using his Silver Blast at the Grimm.
Ironwood: He... managed to gain access to the power of the Silver Eyes? (exclaimed in shocked)
Ozpin: Indeed, not even Miss Rose could have done much compared in this. (said with a tone of hidden guilt)
Qrow: Is that all?
Ozpin: ...
Qrow: Is that the only reason you enrolled him in Beacon?! Just because he has the eyes?! This is one of your stupidest idea Oz! Just like how you decided to send Summer on that suicide missio-!
Glynda: QROW!
Qrow: Tch! (the room felt silent as Qrow turned away and took a long swig from his flask)
Ironwood gestured for Ozpin to continue.
Ozpin: Other than his unique skill over the Silver Eyes, not only his semblance is unique but his power is also another potential key factor to this war.
Ironwood: His semblance?
Glynda: Evan Smith's semblance is called Mimicry, which he can copy any people semblance whenever he wants.
Qrow: Alright, cool semblance I guess. But what do you mean his "power"
Ozpin: I think he showed you when you met him.
The screen then showed Evan transforming into Genm level x.
Qrow: Wait, that's him!?
Ozpin: Indeed. He's a Kamen Rider- Or, should I say, Huntsman Rider Genm.
Qrow: So he can change into fancy armor, big whoop. What make you think that his "power" can help us?
Ozpin: Let me show you.
The screen then showed Genm finisher such as, Shakariki Critical Strike, Gekitotsu Critical Strike, Jet Critical Strike and Giri Giri Critical Finish.
Ironwood: Such power...!
Qrow: He's strong... Much too strong... You said he's a first year?
Ozpin: Yes, he is.
Qrow: Gods, I need a drink if I got my ass kicked by a first year.
