8:Hide From Earth

Bakugou's pov:

Hearing those words pissed me off. So I step forward and turn to face four eyes.

Baku:"What kind of  fool fo you take me for!?. I'm not dead! So how am I any different from what I was before!?"

As I reach and grab the collar of his shirt and draw back to punch him. His eyes lock to my gaze.

Iida:"Your body isn't real. I don't know how, but midoriya brought you back."

Full of rage. I throw the nerd to the ground and turn to leave.

Baku:"Dump those worms in the sea."

As I cover myself up. I hear the spider speak.

Sero:"Stay hidden from the church and the earth goddesses. Otherwise, you'll end up serving them as a slave."

I raise my arm and flip up the middle finger before walking out of the cave.

3rd person pov:

In the village, a hawks and a crow land on the roof of the church. Watching over the town. That is until denki walks out of the church and looks at them.

Both birds crap on the roof before flying off.

In Denki's hands are rope and a cloth bag.

Elsewhere, izuku is resting. As rai goes to put a wet cloth on izuku's forehead. His hair moves. Then something brown jumps up and takes the cloth from her before placing it on his head.

This scares the human. So after asking natsuo for help. They put a carrot by his hair. That's when they see a tiny pink nose twitching out for a sniff.

Natsuo nods and they pull away slowly.  Only to see more of the companion.

Natsu:"What's your name, little hair?"

The bunny looks up with watery eyes, but before it can go back. Natsuo sets the carrot down and a bowl of water beside izuku. Before stepping away.

Natsu:"Easy. We'll let you eat in peace.  Please let us know if you need anything. "

As they begin to leave. Rai hears a tiny voice in her head.

Inko:"Thank you for taking care of my son."

Rai looks back to see the bunny bow before eating.

As rai walks out of the h e room. She helps her children repair the house. Only to see the wood branch out to fix itself.

The next day. Rai makes soup and brings it to izuku. With Shoto's help. They lift the spirit's head to help him drink it. While inko watches.

Rai:"You raised a good boy ma'am. So tell me. How are spirits born?"

Inko:"Normally, the earth splits the power by pinching it and putting the seed into an animal. However, each spirit can still take a human form to communicate with them. However, my boy is different. You see..... I fell in love with a human. One who did anything to protect nature. He wouldn't even eat meat but once a week. Not waisting a single part, and cleaning up his mess. Taking only what he needed and planting every seed he found. When I showed myself to hum for the first time. He didn't look away and even offered his life to me. Toshinori was so kind. I couldn't let him slip away. I offered him my help, but he refused the comfortable life. Instead offering hard work. In exchange for someone to talk to. Since he was thrown out of his village as a young adult. He knew no one. Within the year, we began to date. Then, soon after. I became pregnant, and earth didn't like it. So the two goddesses were sent to kill my child and toshinori. He offered them a deal. His life as an example for humans. In exchange to spair our son. Cursing him to be bound to the swamp forever.  When izuku was born. He was given my powers. I was banished to this form as punishment. Never being able to embrace my baby boy. Only watching over him."

Rai picks inko up and hugs her.

Rai:"At least you kept him company all these years. That's what really natters. Your son is a kind soul. One that can help humans start over the right way."

Inko:"I'm not so sure. By now, I'm sure the earth has noticed. There are two swamps walking around. Which means.... my baby is in danger."

*knock knock knock*

With those sounds at the front door, and the air grown heavier. Inko shivers and jumps back into izuku's hair.

When rai answers the door. She sees a woman with long black hair in a golden robe.

Momo:"I'm here for the swamp. Hand him over, and everyone lives."

At that moment. Izuku's eyes flicker open. Then he sits up.

Rai:"May I ask what you want with him?"

Momo:"Move aside. I'll get him myself."

As momo pushes her way in. Rai grits her teeth. Ready to protect her family. Only for izuku to walk out of the back room.

Izu:"There's no need for violence. I'll follow you out."

Izuku gives rai a few seeds as thanks for taking care of him. Along with instructions on how to grow the callargreens, seaweed, rice, spinach, and corn.

Izu:"Thank you for everything. I'll never forget your kindness."

As izuku steps out. Momo restrains him before they sink into the ground."

Rai:"Wait!"

Izuku smiles and tells her words of comfort.

Izu:"Your family is safe. That I promise."

Meanwhile, a woman with a silver robe walks into Bakugou's village in search of the blonde.
