Kyudai Garaki. No quirk. He is the founder of Jaku General Hospital and its current chairman of the board. He touted regional Medicare based on Quirks and started doing philanthropic work soon after opening the hospital. He also opened orphanages and nursing homes across the country and partnered with private hospitals and clinics. He seemed whimsical 

Everyone was deployed out in the woods. They were called in for a mission. A big mission.

" It's almost time to start." Iida sighed.

" We got the rear end.." You sighed kicking a rock.

" Damn it! Why the hell am I back support?" Bakugo scoffed.

" We only have provisional licenses." Todoroki added a hand on your shoulder and looked at bakugo.

" Shut up, damn it!"

" Calm down!" Iida ordered.

" Denki got send to the front.." you mentioned.

Everyone got quiet.

" He'll be okay, let's focus on us for right now." Iida nodded.

" Front line is moving! Let's go!"

Everyone took off. You ran forward and manage to catch up with Midoriya.

" Split up and evacuate by block!"

" Understood."

You walked around the block with Todoroki.

" You're fast on your own. You don't need a quirk." Todoroki stated.

" I've been going on runs with Iida for a while now, you can say I've gotten good." You smiled.

A couple ambulances drove by. The sirens disappearing as quick as they came.

" Calling all logistical support teams. Team Endeavor is engaging the villain inside the hospital. Town hall has send an evacuation advisory to the phones of nearby residents. Start evacuating your assigned areas!"

" Iida, Y/n-"

" We heard as well." Todoroki nodded.

" Damn it! Why do I have to help with evacuation? Let me at a villain!" Bakugo complained as he walked.

" Where are you going?" You asked watching him approach a house.

Bakugo rang the doorbell.

" Hey you! They said to evacuate! Didn't you see the message on your phone?!"

" Let's take the houses." You looked at Todoroki.

He nodded and you both ran off. You started knocking on all the doors and telling people to leaves. In a short moment, the streets were filled with people leaving.

" Police vans will take you from here. Get out of the city!" Bakugo ordered.

" Thank you, have a chocolate bun." An old lady handed Bakugo a little bun.

" It'll make me thirsty!" Bakugo yelled.

" She's being nice." You placed your hands on your hips.

" You should take it." Uraraka smiled. 

" You just want a chocolate bun don't you!" He yelled at her.

" He even acts like that with the elderly." Tsu sighed.

You laughed. Bakugo took the bun.

" Stay calm, don't run."

You all lead the group of people to the vans.
