Chapter Forty

Interview/Christmas

Todoroki and Bakugo had just gotten their provisional license and manage to stop a group of bad guys. An interviewer came to the dormitory to talk to both of them about the incident.

" This is so embarrassing.." You covered your face.

" This is so bad." Midoriya agreed.

" I don't know! You should get your brain checked too!" Bakugo screamed.

" Oh my god..." Uraraka sighed.

At the end of December, only a few days left until the end of the second term.

In class, Denki, Sero, and Mina were all laughing at their interview.

" They We're interviewed for a whole hour. And Bakugo's answers weren't used at all!" Denki laughed.

" Leave them alone." You laughed.

" I feel embarrassed." Todoroki frowned.

" oh no!" Mina exclaimed.

" Shoto you did fine, they only used you, but you did fine." You comforted.

" You're just trying to get sympathy points." Bakugo growled.

Todoroki smirked at him.

The door opened revealing Mt Lady and Midnight.

" Don't get too excited. Things might be moving in a positive direction, but behind that is a sense of urgency from being in danger. Are the cheers rooting for those certain to win actually prayers for their victory?" Mt Lady exclaimed.

" Mt Lady?" Midoriya exclaimed.

" We've asked her to come as a special instructor. Since you all are getting more exposure, too." Aizawa explained.

" I didn't get more exposure!" Bakugo screamed.

" Try not being a Dick to people." You snickered.

" Today will be a media practicum. I, Mt Lady, active hero and gorgeous hot commodity, will teach you how a hero should behave." Mt Lady smiled.

Everyone made their way outside after changing into the hero costumes. A huge stage was set up.

" Today, we're practicing for a Hero interview!" She exclaimed.

" Hero, Shoto, come here."

Todoroki made his way up.

" This is gonna be embarrassing.." You whispered.

Uraraka nodded.

" You were amazing out there, Shoto!" Mt Lady interviewed.

" What are you talking about?" Todoroki asked.

Mt Lady got up to his face whispered.

" Maybe he won't do as bad as Bakugo." Denki snickered.

" Shoto, what kind of hero would you like to be?"

" A hero that can make everyone feel safe when I arrive." Todoroki answered.

" That's wonderful! If a handsome boy like you came to save me, my heart would start racing, though!" Mt Lady exclaimed.

" Do you have heart problems?" Todoroki asked.
