Y/n POV

"So that's how it happened" the girls look dumbfounded, 'guess I dropped the bomb on them' I snap my fingers infront of them, but still no reaction. all of a sudden the alarm starting going off.

I get up and run towards the commanders room while the girls finally snap back and follow after me. opening the door walking in as the girls follow suit.

"what's going on" I look at the screen as it shows a security camera of the front gate. "There's sangvis ringleader Agent is here" why would they be here. Then I heard a familiar voice. "I want to speak with y/n I know he's here" it was Adelaide

"It's her," I muttered under my breath, recognizing the voice immediately. It was none other than, the woman I love. I run out the room and down the hallway.

The girls exchanged worried glances before nodding in understanding before following me.

As we made our way towards the front gate, the blaring alarm had stopped turning everything to silence With each step, my heart raced with anticipation, knowing that there can any outcome to this.

As I reached the gate, I could see Adelaide. her lonesome figure as she stares at me. I approach and open the gate and walk towards her.

"Adelaide," I whispered, my voice filled with a mixture of relief and uncertainty.

She looked up, her expression unreadable for a moment before softening into a small, sad smile. "It's been a long time," she said softly, her eyes betraying a hint of sorrow.

"It has," I agreed, my throat tightening with emotion. "I never thought I'd see you again, especially like this."

Her gaze flickered away for a moment before returning to meet mine. "I didn't expect it either," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "But here we are."

Silence settled between us, heavy with unspoken words and memories of battles fought and lives lost. "MAMA" from behind Emily ran over to her and hugged her. Adelaide picked her up and spoke again "why did you run off you know how worried I was" Emily looked sad.

"I know mommy but I wanted to see how the world looks" Adelaide sighed. "at least you finally met your papa". I then remembered that Emily is my biological daughter.

"When did you have Emily?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, my heart pounding in my chest.

Adelaide's eyes softened, a hint of sadness flickering across her features. "She was born just before everything fell apart," she replied quietly. "Before the war consumed everything."

My mind raced, trying to piece together the timeline. "But... why didn't you tell me?" I asked, the words catching in my throat.

Adelaide's gaze dropped, her hands fidgeting nervously. "I wanted to," she admitted, her voice barely audible. "But by the time I found out, it was too late. The war between our factions had started"

"She was all I had left of you," Adelaide continued, her voice choked with emotion. "I wasn't sure if you were still alive"

I reached out, taking her hand in mine, offering what little comfort I could. "I'm sorry" I said softly, my heart aching with regret.

Adelaide nodded, her eyes filled with tears. "me too" she whispered. we then hug each other along with Emily finding comfort in each other

Silence settled between us once more, heavy with the weight of unspoken words and missed chances. And as I looked into Adelaide's eyes, I knew that no matter what had happened in the past, we were bound together by the love we shared for our daughter.

an understanding dawning in my heart. "what are you gonna do now" I replied softly. Adelaide put Emily back down. "I'm gonna stay here, with you and Emily together as a family" I smile and hug her as she hugged back.

"let's go the other probably want an explanation" she nodded and took Emily's left hand while I held her right as we walk back to gentiane in the command room.
'this feeling is nice'

As we left the warm embrace of our reunion, I led the way back to the commander's office. Once inside, Adelaide settled herself, taking a moment to compose her self

"Emily, sweetheart, could you play in the corner for a bit? Mommy and Daddy need to talk to some friends," I said softly, my voice carrying a mix of reassurance and gravity.

As Emily obediently occupied herself with a few toys, I turned to face Adelaide. a while later gentiane and the others came in

Taking a deep breath, Adelaide recounted the events leading up to elisa becoming rouge.

Adelaide steeling herself "There's somethingyou all should know," she said, her voice trembling with emotion.

"Elisa wasn't acting of her own free will. The KCCO military had infected her with a neural implant, manipulating her thoughts and actions," Adelaide revealed, her eyes brimming with tears. "Before lyco was killed some KCCO members had snuck in and inputed the virus into her mainframe which caused her to kill lyco and the humans in the building"

everyone's eyes widened in shock, their minds struggling to comprehend the magnitude of what Adelaide was saying. "Infected her? But why? How?" gentiane asked, her voice thick

Adelaide took a deep breath, her resolve firm despite the pain in her heart. "They created a program in order to use her as a weapon which backfired since KCCO is a military formed of humans were also attacke by her"

Silence hung heavy in the room as we try to process the devastating revelation. Finally, gentiane spoke, his voice filled with determination. "We can't let them get away with this. Adelaide do you think we can remove the virus

Adelaid frowned "I'm not sure, we do have the resources for a cure, but she would most likely kill me as I tried"

Gentiane locked eyes with Adelaide, her expression unwavering. "Adelaide, we have to try. I'll talk to Kryuger about this. thanks to your info we can probablyturn back sangvis ferri to our side again."

Adelaide nodded, a glimmer of hope shining through her worry. "Thank you, Gentiane"

The m4 and the other girls, their determination mirrored in their eyes, nodded in agreement. They knew the risks, but they were ready to fight for their friend and for the safety of everyone affected by the virus.

'I wonder' I look at Adelaide "I think I might know someone who can help" Adelaide and the girls look at me "who is it" I look at Adelaide then to gentiane and the other girls "don't worry for now how about some rest its been a long day" the girls agreed and we went back to our dorms.

"y/n wait" I turn around and see gentiane. "you're moved from your sisters dorm, since you, Adelaide and Emily are family you guys can have your own dorm" I nodded as me  Adelaide and Emily went to our own dorm.

opening the door we're met with a nice furnitured dorm. kinda like an average home.As Adelaide and Emily settled into their beds, their minds still reeling from the day's events, I quietly slipped out of the room. With the door closed behind me, I started to link a communication signal.
