a week later
"Marc.....Marc" my brother's voice was loud in my ear.
"Uh you can back up a little bit." I say pushing him out of my bubble.
I peek my eyes open to take a look at the clock. 10:51pm
"Bruh why are you waking me up" I roll over to my back.
"Business is calling." he speaks in italian.
I feel my heart jump slightly faster. I love business. It's just something about being in charge and watching people cower.
I hop out of bed without saying another word. I quickly make my way to my closet and throw on a black fit.
" Alright let's go."
We make our way down stairs into the garage
"Take the bikes" Milly speaks as he walks toward his.
"say less." I redirect myself towards my beautiful tricked out MTT 420RR.
Milly signals for me to go first and I pull out.
In no time we've made it to the warehouse.
"Finally, you're here." My dad speaks.
"Yeaaa what are we doing here, father" I ask.
I was sleeping well. I had just gotten back from spending the afternoon with Tini at the gym. Of course she was just there to ride the bike since she basically can't do anything because of her concussion. She looked so cute with her sound proof headphones and Stevie wonder shades on. My little deaf blind mice. Lol let me chill.
"I have a task for you both, and a task for you Anthonie." interesting.
"What's the task for me?"
"Stassie." yeah no.
I shake my head. "I can no longer get entangled with that." Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.
"You don't really have a choice son," he adds.
"I do have a choice, father, and I choose to not make my girlfriend look dumb, fake or not." I say with a shrug. I was not going down this route for a second time.
"Get Angel to do it." i suggest.
I can see the disapproval on my father's face but I honestly don't care. I'm not some puppet... well actually i am but i prefer not to get my relationship involved.
"Angel will not be doing it, you will. She likes you and has since forever. It'll be easier for you to go in and get what I need. sarà più veloce, quindi lo farai tu. Capisci?" His voice is slightly louder than it was.
