"We're going on tour," Minho said as soon as he came home. I was sitting on the couch, three of the five cats on my lap, and looked up to him. "Really? When?" I asked, my heart stinging with mixed emotions. I was happy for him, but the thought of being apart for months made my heart ache.

"We start here in Seoul in September," he said. September? I had three months left with him. Just three short months. He walked towards me, sitting down next to me, and started to pet Snow on my lap. My lips started to shake. I didn't want him to leave. He had been rarely home lately, always practicing and staying at the dorms a lot. I knew he needed to do this, but it hurt so much to be away from him. And now he was also going away thousands of miles soon.

"Say something, please," Minho said and gently grabbed my hand. "How long will you be away?" I whispered, my voice shaking already. Minho gently squeezed my hand. "Eight months," he mumbled.

"Eight months?" I asked, shocked. I pushed the cats down from my lap and pulled my knees to my chest. Eight whole months? How could I live through this? I barely stayed alive when he was away for a week. Minho pulled me onto his lap, and I buried my face in the crook of his neck.

"I don't think I can manage eight months without you," I whispered, trying to hold back tears. I needed to think about him, about what he wanted. This was his dream after all. He started to shake, and I looked up, surprised. He was crying. He never cried, and seeing him like this made my tears fall as well.

"Stop crying," I sobbed. He just pressed me closer towards him, sobbing uncontrollably. "I'm so sorry, Nuri. I'm such a bad boyfriend. I should be by your side, but all I do is make you miserable," he brought out with his shaking voice. I sniffled. "Don't say things like that. You're the best boyfriend in the whole universe. And it's your dream. Don't care about me, just follow what you love," I sobbed.

"But I love you," he cried, "you're the center of my existence, my heart beats for you, Nuri. It physically hurts me to be away from you. I can't do it." I closed my eyes, unable to see him so broken. "Can you just please come with me?" he whispered.

"I can't, Minho, I have a job," I answered, opening my eyes only to see his tear-stained face. "Please," he pleaded, "quit your job. I'll pay for everything you need, god, for everything you want. Just please come along with me." He was cupping my face.

"I can't. I don't want to depend on you," I whispered, even though I wasn't happy anymore at my workplace. I was overworked, and my manager kept firing people, leaving me with even more work.

"Okay, we'll find you a job at JYP. Something for our social media accounts. You love making TikToks with Felix," he said, "I just need to ask them. They'll find something."

I just looked at him for a moment. If someone told me months ago that I would ever consider quitting my job for a man, I would tell them they're crazy. And now I was sitting here, seriously considering his suggestion because I was so in love with him that I couldn't stay away.

"Please, Baby. I'm begging you. I won't be able to handle this any other way. I need you with me. It's like I'm addicted to you," he begged. I pressed my lips together. "You can't ever leave me because I'm risking my career here, you understand that, right?" I asked. He nodded, a hopeful glimpse in his eyes. "Okay. I'll come with you. If your mom will take the cats, because my mom said she won't take five," I mumbled. He sniffled and pulled me close against his chest, so I could bury my head in his neck again. "I love you so much," he whispered.

"I love you more," I mumbled back.

It was unbelievable. I stood here at the airport in an outfit a stylist put together, waiting for the boys to finish smiling for the reporters. "Baby! Come over!" Minho yelled towards me. I looked at their manager, surprised, and only went to them as soon as he gave me a nod. Minho pulled me in front of him, slinging his arms around my waist and placing his chin on my shoulder. I shyly smiled into all the cameras, not seeing anything at all because of all the flashes.

"Okay, we need to move on, come on," one of the staff members said. Minho took my hand and pulled me along. "You did great," he said and smiled at me. "I didn't expect to take pictures with you guys," I said, feeling a little happy. At first, I didn't really like the attention, but him showing me off like that was just another feeling.

"Do you think a stylist would dress you just to look cute? Of course, you'll take pictures," Seungmin said and shook his head. I just smiled even more. Finally, everything was just good.
