Whisper of Fate: A Quiet Love Story

Introduction

Okay, first of all, thank you for giving my story a chance and reading it.

I've actually been wanting to write a story for a long time, but I never knew how. I guess I've figured it out now? Well, kinda. This is my first-ever story, so bear with me, please. This isn't going to be some Shakespearean stuff (No hate, I like Shakespeare plays, but you feel me?).

I'm gonna let you know right now that I'm a nice person and love interacting on here. Constructive thoughts are always appreciated, but if you start hating on me or my girl June, I'm gonna clap right the fuck back. I don't play about her.

Oh, maybe I should mention some trigger warnings:
So, this book contains mentions of death, sexual content, drugs, gangs, and alcohol. If those topics are sensitive to you, maybe you shouldn't read it, but the drugs, gangs, and alcohol are not mentioned the whole time.

I'm also going to make a playlist for the journey of this book, and I take these very seriously because I love when the song or, more importantly, the lyrics of a song match the chapter or situation I'm reading right now, if you know what I mean. It just hits different. The whole playlist will be released when I finish the book so I know what songs to add, but for now, I'm going to write down one song for each chapter (at the top, there's gonna be a video or link). I hope you know what I mean.

So now to me: I'm 18 years old and just graduated high school, so I have too much time on my hands. I'm very lazy sometimes, so bear with me if the updates are slow. I might be motivated now and release whenever it's scheduled, but I'd be lying if I said the updates will always be when I say.

That's basically it for the few people who might see this story and think, "Ight, Imma give that girl a chance." Thank you, babe, I appreciate it :)

Also, English is not my first language. I am from Germany (Nationality) 🇩🇪 🦅🦅🦅, but I'm pretty fluent in English because I have family that lives in Chicago.

I have planned to release a chapter five times a month. It can be more or less, but since it is my first story, I don't wanna put too much on my lazy ass. This story will also have 30 chapters total. I hope I'm not doing too much with this.

If you don't like a good slow burn, you are at the wrong address. There will be no intimacy after only knowing each other for two weeks. I really want the characters to have a genuine connection and actually know each other, since to me, intimacy is such a personal thing that shouldn't be shared with a man that you don't trust 99% (or as far as trust for a man can go).

Okay, I think that's it for now. I already have the first chapter done, so it should be out when someone is reading this bit.
