When Amaya stared at him, Riaan forcefully held Amaya's hand and said in a low voice, "Don't forget we are married and this is my house.. in everyone's eyes this is a love marriage so cooprate quietly..." saying this he took Amaya out of the car and looked at his family standing at the gate.

Amaya did not say anything to Riaan and looked at the Shekhawat mansion in front of her. It was very beautiful and big to look at. Every single thing was built very well and there was a garden all around the mansion. In which there were many plants and flowers.

Riaan took Amaya's hand and stood with her at the mansion's door. His younger brother Vihaan and sister Apurva were standing in front of him.

Vihaan Shekhawat is Riaan's 3 years younger brother. Height 6 feet, wheatish complexion, muscular body, just by looking at which it was evident that he has spent a lot of time in the gym.

Apoorva Shekhawat is Riaan's 5 years younger sister. Height about 5 feet 4 inches. Fair complexion, big eyes, thin nose, pouty lips, puffed cheeks and long hair. Overall very beautiful.

On seeing both of them, Riaan raised his eyebrows as if saying move aside, let me come in.

Understanding what he said, both of them moved aside. Riaan was about to step inside when Parkesh stopped him and said, "Wait Riaan..."

On hearing Parkesh's words, Riaan stopped at his place and started looking at him in confusion.

Parkesh came and stood in front of Riaan and Amaya and said, "The marriage has taken place, first the daughter-in-law will have her Grihapravesh (entrance ceremony), then come inside..." After saying this, Parkesh looked at both Rkaan and Amaya with stern eyes.

Amaya was just standing with her head bowed down. It was as if she had no interest in all this.

Parkesh turned and looked at Surekha sitting in the hall and then said to Meenakshi sitting there, "Meenakshi, you come and do the Gharpravesh..."

Meenakshi, that is Riaan's aunt, immediately got up from the sofa and brought a lota filled with rice from the kitchen and a big plate with kumkum and water mixed in it.

The same Apoorva also brought the Aarti thal.

Meenakshi performed aarti for Riaan and Amaya and got Amaya introduced.

As soon as Riaan and Amaya entered the hall, Surekha got up from the sofa and shouted, "Now tell me Riaan, what is all this? Why did you get married..." While shouting, Surekha was looking at Amaya with hatred.

Amaya raised her head and looked at Surekha and then at Riaan.

Riaan looked at his mother and said in a flat tone, "Because we love each other..."
Hearing his words, there was silence in the entire hall.

Amaya's eyebrows rose after listening to Riaan.

On hearing Riaan's words, Surekha got even more angry and pointing her finger at Riaan said, "You love.. her..." saying this she pointed towards Amaya and looked at her from top to bottom.

While watching all this, Apoorva said softly to Vihaan, "Today mother will agree only after taking someone's life.. I have never seen her so angry before today..." saying this she swallowed her saliva and looked at Surekha.

Vihaan also agreed and said, "Oh God, please save our Bhabhi, the fact is that brother is very strong, he has done a lot of gymming, he will bear mother's attacks smilingly, but Bhabhi.. she looks so delicate, please spare her life..."

Then both of them heard Riaan's harsh voice "Maa you cannot decide whom I love and whom I don't..." saying this Riaan remembered Geetu i.e. Geetanjali.

Surekha stopped for a moment on hearing Riaan's harsh voice. Then Meenakshi said "Riaan beta.. it's okay that you love but why did you do a court marriage like this.. if you had told us we would have got you married with great pomp and show..." saying this Meenakshi tried to set the mood right.

But on hearing her words Surekha laughed sadly, got emotional and said "Why will he tell us whom he loves.. for him people like us are nothing..." saying this she looked at Riaan with pain filled eyes.

Hearing Surekha's words and tone changing Vihaan and Apoorva started looking at each other in surprise. Apoorva said "kitni tej hai maa..."

Vihaan also said "She is emotionally blackmailing bhai..."
"Is she really our mother?..." Apoorva asked and looked at Surekha who got emotional and sat down on the sofa.

Amaya also got confused as to what happened to Surekha all of a sudden.

Surekha further said "We are nothing for him.. that's why he didn't think even once before taking such a big decision..." she said as tears welled up in her eyes.

When Riaan saw his mother like this, he went to her and sat down on his knees and said in a soft voice "There is nothing like that Maa.. I.. I love Amaya, please understand..."

Hearing Riaan's words, Amaya muttered to herself, "pyaar.. pyaar meri jutti..."

Hearing Riaan's words, Vihaan said to Apoorva "So Bhabhi's name is Amaya..."

Apoorva looked at Amaya and said "Tell me one thing, Bhabhi doesn't look young to you.. 20-22 years old..."

Vihaan also looked at Amaya and said "Yes, she does look young.. and brother..." Interrupting him, Apoorva said "27 years old..."

Hearing their whispering, Meenakshi glared at both of them and both of them became silent.

Parkesh looked at Amaya and said to her "You don't want to say anything??..."
Hearing his question, Amaya looked at him and shook her head in no.
Seeing this, Vihaan and Apoorva felt like laughing but they did not.
Parakesh, Surekha, Meenakshi and Riaan looked at each other. They might have thought what Amaya would say but they never thought that she would shake her head in no.
This was beyond everyone's imagination.

Parkesh took a deep breath and said to Riaan, "Now that you have got married, now you have to fulfill your responsibilities..."

Hearing his words, Surekha looked at Amaya and said in a sarcastic tone, "Marriage.. she is married to my son... Is she a married woman or a widow..." her teeth were ground while saying this.

Riaan did not like her words at all, so he said, "Enough maa..."

Surekha interrupted him and said, "If you had to marry her, you should have at least told her to dress properly.. Who gets married wearing such white clothes like a widow.. Has anyone died that she is like this..." Interrupting her, Amaya said in a calm and slow voice, "My life was as colorless as these white clothes, aunty ji, but now Riaan has filled his colors in my world.. This red sindoor is his symbol..." saying this, Amaya touched the sindoor in her maang.

Everyone became silent after listening to Amaya. No one had anything left to say.
Apoorva and Vihaj smiled at each other. Riaan was also in shock for a second thinking about what happened to Amaya suddenly.
Parkesh looked at Amaya and after looking deeply into her words, he said to Riaan "Riaan take your wife to your room.. we will talk in the evening by then Sushant Vanya and Viraj will also come..."
