Vihaan's teasing

Amaya joined her hands together and tried to control herself and said to herself, "No.. no this is not Neel, you are thinking nonsense, it cannot be him.. and he does not live here, he cannot be.. but if it is him then.. no no this will not happen, it will not happen at all..." Amaya's heart was increasing while talking to herself.

"Take it beta..." saying this Meenakshi gave cookies to Amaya.

Amaya came out of her thoughts and started looking at Meenakshi and the tray one by one.

Just then Arshad and Ryan came there. They had gone a little aside to talk about something.

When Ryan saw Amaya, his eyes stopped on Amaya's face. Seeing Amaya's face full of confusion, fear and hope, Ryan was wondering what was going on in Amaya's mind.

Then Arshad asked him "Did you marry her?..." while saying this he looked at Amaya.

Riyan just said hmm then Arshad asked another question "She looks too young, as young as Apurva..."

Hearing his question, Ryan said to himself "jitni kam umar hai utni hee lambi juban..." while saying this Riyan's eyes were not moving away from Amaya who was talking to Meenakshi.

Arshad could not hear Riyan so he said "What did you say??..."

Riyan ignored him so Arshad said further "By the way Amaya, isn't she too much..." saying this he stopped. He himself was not able to understand what to say in the right words.

Ryan looked at him with confusion and asked "What??..."

Arshad paused for a while and said "I mean, look, she doesn't seem like she met all of them just today..." While saying this, he looked at Vihaan, Apoorva and Meenakshi sitting with Amaya and talking comfortably.

While talking about the same thing, Amaya asked the question going on in her heart "Aunty, that acid..." Cutting her question in between, Surekha voice came to the hall "Meenu Apoorva..."
Apoorva looked at Surekha and said "Yes, mother..."

Meenakshi also looked at her and said "You have come Didi..."

Surekha kept the shopping bags on the table holding which she was carrying in her hands and said "I am tired..."
A servant brought water for her. Seeing the shopping bags, Apoorva got excited and said "Mom, what have you brought..."

Amaya was getting angry as she had not got the answer to her question.

Surekha looked at Apoorva and touched her cheek lovingly and said "Even now you become happy like a child..." saying this she smiled a little and Meenakshi and Apoorva also smiled with her.

Seeing all this, Arshad said, "Ryan, don't you think that Apoorva should stay at home? I mean, she is a kid, how will she stay alone in a hostel..."

Ryan also looked at his younger sister lovingly and said "Only if she agrees.. she is adamant and she really wants to go, she will not stay in the hostel, I have an apartment near her college, she will stay there..."

Surekha looked at Amaya with a side glance and said "All this is for her..."

Hearing her words, Meenakshi, Apoorva, Vihaan smiled at Amaya but Amaya was lost in her own world and was looking down.

Just then Apoorva said happily "Oh mother-in-law has come after shopping for her daughter-in-law..." saying this she pushed her shoulder against Amaya's shoulder.

Apoorva was sitting between Amaya and Surekha.
Amaya was surprised to hear her words. She looked at the shopping bags and then at Surekha. Something was happening to her. which she was not able to understand.
