Junhyeon PoV
Junhyeon sat at his table at the back of the classroom, watching the lesson his teacher was giving in front of all of the students. The room was dimly lit, leaving the room dark.
Although he tried to pay attention to the class, he could not focus, as this kid behind him was clicking his pen continuously, and the noise was distracting so much, and he needed to pay attention to the class because he was coincidentally failing this class, and -
- Oh I'm sorry. Am I distracting you?
Junhyeon heard the voice behind him, and he spinned around to look at a boy with hamster features and red hair - how hadn't he gotten in trouble yet? - looking at him with a questioning face.
- Oh no! Don't worry, you're not, haha. - The anxious boy said. He looked down at what the boy was Oh So Focused in writing that he didn't even realize he was clicking his pen furiously, and he saw a bunch of Korean and English words mixed, scribbles and drawings all around the notebook page, where he should have been writing down what the teacher was saying.
- Really? It's just that you were shaking your leg pretty... hard. My table was wobbling - The boy who he didn't know the name smiled at him. He has a pretty smile, Junhyeon thought. - Oh, I'm sorry, you probably don't know my name, right? I'm Kim Minseoung!
He looked back at Minseoung, and he felt so embarrassed. He didn't realize his leg was trembling so hard he was making both tables shake and didn't even ask for his name.
- I'm so sorry! I should have realized I was disturbing you. - Completely forgetting about the class, he clasped his hands together and apologized to Minseoung. He heard a little giggle and looked back up to see him trying to muffle his smile with his hands. Did he embarrass himself again? Oh God.
- What are you guys whispering about? - He heard a voice coming from the side and turned to see a tall boy with black hair, looking at them with a little smirk. Junhyeon swore he was sleeping, almost snoring, and he was 80% sure he saw some drool come out of his mouth last time he saw him.
- Just go back to sleep, Keonhee, we don't want to talk to you. - Minseoung said it, trying to fight off the smile that threatened to take his whole face as he started to bicker with his friend.
- Yah! Don't keep me out of the conversation, that's cruel! - Keonhee half-whispered half-yelled to Minseoung, then looked at Junhyeon with a smile, which he reciprocated, but he also felt confused.
Friends Minseoung and Keonhee started to bicker while Junhyeon only watched. He felt kind of lonely, as he could only do this comfortably with his friends Gunwook and Gyuvin, but they lived in a whole other city, the big city, Seoul. He really misses playing around with people without feeling self-conscious.
While they were at it, the bell rang, signaling it was time for lunch, making all the boys inside his classroom get up quickly to run to the lunch hall so they could get their food quickly. The duo that were quarreling before also got up as fast as they could so they could eat, and also see who would get there first.
