Y/N's POV

That next morning, you woke up soon after the sun rose. Yoongi was gone already. You stretched as you sat up. You got off the bed and grabbed a shirt from next to Yoongi's bed. It seemed he only had a couple so you just grabbed the one off of the top. You quickly changed into it and walked out of his hut.

You walked towards where all of the other wolves where eating. Yoongi's father noticed you walking from a distance. You noticed that he said something to Jungkook who was sitting next to him. Jungkook nodded and got up, walking towards you. He ended up stopping in front of you. "Alpha would like to see you." He grabbed your wrist and pulled you towards him.

"Good morning, weak one. I see you did not return to your hut last night. Jungkook was waiting for you all night. Where were you?"

"I don't see how that is any of your business."

"Wow, she talks. What a mouth you got." He looked at Namjoon and slightly nodded. Namjoon got up and slapped your across the face. It was a hard hit. You fell onto the ground and groaned lightly as you grabbed your cheek.

"You don't speak to your alpha like that."

"Y-You're not my alpha." You wiped your lip as it was bleeding.

"I'll ask you once more. Where were you?"

"She was with me."

You looked back and saw Yoongi walking towards you with a few other wolves following behind him.

"Yoongi. What is the meaning of that?"

"She was in my hut. With me."

"And what gave you the idea you could do that?"

"Because she needs to be protected. Whether you like it or not, I will be the protecting her."

"She doesn't need protection. You are to be alpha soon. It's a shame to see you so weak for her."

"I am protecting us, father. If she gets hurt, there is a bigger threat put on us from her pack. You have no idea what they are capable of. I'm going to be alpha. I am making decisions for the pack. You are only making them to satisfy yourself." Yoongi looked at you. "Y/N, let's go." You got up and went to Yoongi. He looked back at his father once more. "The territory is secure. But don't be surprised if we get attacked soon. I'm taking her with me. Don't try and stop me."

Yoongi turned and walked away from his father. You followed him. He kept walking north, passing his hut. He was walking at a pretty fast pace. You had to almost run to keep up. Eventually, you made it to a beautiful water fall. You had never seen anything like it. Yoongi climbed onto one of the dry rocks and sat down on it. You found one near his and sat on it.

"Yoongi."

He didn't look at you. You looked back at the water running off of the rocks nearby. You found it so beautiful.

"My mother used to take me here when I was younger. It was her favorite spot. I come here anytime I need to get my mind off things." He looked up at the sky and closed his eyes. He looked tense but it seemed to go away when the wind blew across his face.

"It's beautiful, Yoongi."

"She came here anytime she needed to get away too. She was the nicest person I've ever known. It hurt me to see her hurt. I see a lot of her in you." Yoongi looked at you. "I think that's one of the reasons I protect you. You remind me so much of her. I'm mesmerized by you, Y/N."

You lightly smiled. "Thank you for sharing your mother with me. I bet she was an amazing woman."

"She was the best. I only knew her for 5 years of my life. Then my father cut that short. We were so close. My brother was only 1 when she died."

"Brother?"

He sighed. "Jungkook. He's my brother. My father likes him so much more than me. Jungkook did not know my mother. My dad raised him just like himself. Jungkook sides with anything my father says. He's not really my brother at this point. He hates me."

"I'm so sorry, Yoongi. I have a quite a few siblings myself. The only reason I'm close to one is because my father put him in charge of me. He was told to follow me everywhere. And until that was until he grew strong. Then my father took him away from me. I barely talk to him."

"I'm sorry."

"It's alright. I guess both of your father's aren't the greatest. Both have control issues, yours has a favorite, and mine is trying to force me into a marriage."

"Marriage?" Yoongi sounded shocked.

"My father is convinced I belong with one of the strongest wolves in our pack. He follows me around too. He replaced my brother. He's worse."

"What's his name?"

You looked at him. "Zuho."

Yoongi seemed to tense up a bit. "Zuho?"

"Yes. Do you know him?"

"Something like that." He looked out at the water.

"How do you know him?"

"We don't need to share everything about our lives. I'm just protecting you until your pack comes. That's it." He stood up and started back into the woods. You quickly followed behind him.

"Yoongi, I'm sorry."

He didn't say anything and just kept walking. You quietly followed behind him.

As you walked back towards his hut, you noticed a few leaves crunching near you. You stopped and looked towards the noise. You looked at Yoongi who had continued walking. You walked towards the noise. It got louder as you got closer. The noise stopped as soon as you got close. You turned around a tree and were shocked when you saw who it was.

"Hyunjin?"

The wolf looked at you as he heard you spoke. He quickly changed forms. "Y/N!" He ran to you, pulling you into his arms. You hugged him back. "What happened to you? Are you okay?" You let go of the hug.

"I'm okay, Jin-ah." He touched the wounds on your arms.

"They hurt you, but they're treated. Did you?"

"No. It's okay. I'm okay."

"Father is so worried. We must go back." He grabbed your wrist. "Climb on my back." He turned back into his wolf. You looked out into the distance. You couldn't see Yoongi anymore. "Y/N, let's go. Quickly." You climbed onto his back and held on as he began running towards your territory.
