Y/N's POV

Yoongi's lips parted from yours after about a minute of kissing. He opened his eyes and looked at you. His eyes were the beautiful shade of purple once again. He removed his hand from your face. 

"I really need to control myself." His voice was quiet.

"From what?"

"You. It's not safe for me to be around you. Or for you to be around me. You're safer with your own family."

You scoffed. "Hardly. I'm not very safe around them either."

Yoongi didn't say anything after that, but he reached down towards your neck. His eyebrows furrowed. He grabbed the necklace that was around your neck.

"What is this?"

"My necklace? It's a family heirloom. My parents gave it to me. Said that it's safest with me."

Yoongi turned the stone around a few times before gently setting it down.

"You should go home. The moon is coming out soon. You can't be seen here." He turned around, beginning to walk away.

"Wait!"

He stopped.

"Will I see you again?"

"Maybe. Just stop coming here. It's not safe." He continued walking away, eventually turning into a wolf and running deep into the woods.

You turned around and walked back to your territory. You thought about the kiss. He was gentle yet dominant with his kisses. And his eyes turned a beautiful shade when he kissed you. You had no idea what it meant, but you liked it. Was it bad that you lied to him about your wolf? You would never get a form. But why did it matter?

"Y/N." You looked up as you heard your father's voice. "We need to talk." You stopped walking.

"What is there to talk about?"

"You'll find out. Come." He started walking towards the flower field. He stopped in the middle of the field. 

You could see the full moon clearly. Soon, you could hear all of the wolves around howling at it. Your father included. After the howling ended, you sat on the ground next to your father. He was looking out at the field.

"I used to watch you run through these flowers. It was your favorite place to run with your siblings when you were younger." You looked at him as he continued on. "I miss that Y/N. The sweet, innocent little girl."

"She's been gone for a while. I've grown."

"I know. I hope you understand why I protect you the way I do."

"Why didn't you just bring me back to my own kind?"

"Your mother and I always wanted a daughter. She only gave birth to your brothers. When you were found, we saw it as our opportunity to have a daughter. We knew you'd probably be put in the foster system if we brought you back. We didn't want that. We thought you'd be safe with us."

"I'm not safe with you. You know that. I can't protect myself the way you can."

"That's why I try to protect you at all times. You just don't listen. You've been sneaking off alone again. Where have you been going? Who have you been seeing?"

"I- No one."

"Don't lie, Y/N. I can smell it on you."

"It doesn't matter who I've been seeing. I am starting to go out on my own and there's nothing you can do to stop me. I've felt pain. I can handle it."

"Y/N, please."

"I'm going to bed." You got up and walked away from your father. Sure, you understood why he was trying to protect you. But maybe he should've thought about that before forcing you into this life.

It had been a couple of weeks since you last saw Yoongi. You did what he asked and did not return outside of your territory. But he had not come to see you. You sort of missed him. Even though you had only met a few times, you felt that it was for a reason. You were walking around your territory when you heard a crunch from a leaf behind you. You quickly looked behind you but did not see anyone.

You turned back around but slightly jumped as a figure stood in front of you. You had never seen them before. They looked at your necklace before looking behind you.

"Over here! I found it!" He quickly reached to your neck and grabbed your necklace.

"Hey!" You tried to grab it out of their hand but he was faster than you.

"Sorry, sweetie. I need this." He smirked before attempting to run off. He didn't make it very far.

Your brother came from nowhere and tackled him onto the ground. You grabbed the necklace that had fallen out of the guys hand and put it back around your neck. Your brother looked at you as he fought with the wolf on the ground.

"Y/N, run!"

You turned around and ran as fast as you could. But you were stopped by another wolf.

"Sorry, sweetie. But I need that necklace from you."

"You can't have it."

He growled slightly at you. "I didn't want to have to do this. Get her."

3 more wolves appeared from behind trees, blocking you from going anywhere. The one turned to his normal form. 

"You leave me no choice. If you don't want to hand over the stone, we'll take it ourselves." He grabbed on your and threw you over his shoulder.

"Hey! Put me down! Help!"

"I'd be quiet. There's more of us here than you think." They started walking further and further away from your territory. Eventually, you entered a familiar area.
