The All-devouring Narwhal bursting through the floor of the Opera Epiclese gave Furina the chance she needed.

It was like a different path opened up to her and her eyes started to see it for the first time.

All she needed was that Indemnitium.

And now she was presented with the perfect opportunity to get it.

"Gentilhomme Usher!" Furina called out, allowing Hydro to coat her hands and bring forth the Octopus as she leapt from the defendant's stand, the ball-octopus cushioning her fall and stopping her from getting hurt as she dashed towards the Oratrice, wiping the tears from her eyes.

'These ungrateful people.... You want to see the power of an Archon? I'll show it to you!' She thought to herself as she heard the sound of a gun cocking behind her. Upon reaching the vent that led underneath the Opera Epiclese, she stopped in her tracks as Navia yelled at her.

"Take one more step and I'll shoot! You're trying to run away, aren't you? Haven't you done enough of that already?? You were-"

"Shut. Up." Furina cut her off, tears of anger welling in her eyes as she walked over to the vent and started trying to pry it open, the sound of Navia's gunbrella going off making her jump to the side, the blonde shooting a hole in the wall where the vent was a few moments ago.

Staring at the open hole, Furina bit back a grin and jumped through, running straight for the power source of the Oratrice and materializing her sword, flowing Hydro along the blade as she raised it above a machine from which emanated a pulsing blue light. "Splendor of tranquil waters, I command you. Do my bidding!"

Slicing the top of its protective casing off, Furina stabbed it a few more times for good measure, reaching in to take the Gnosis and looking it over in wonder before making her way out of the area beneath the courtroom, coming face to face with the end of Clorinde's sword.

With a scoff, Furina knocked the sword away from her face and walked past both Navia and Clorinde, her eyes devoid of any innocence that might have remained after the humiliating trial she just faced. "Get that thing out of my face."

"Lady Furina.... What do you intend to do with-"

Glaring pointedly at Neuvillette, the Hydro Archon snapped at him, her countenance now much colder. "Is that truly any of your concern, Chief Justice?? After all, I relied upon you for mercy, yet you chose to sentence me to death any way. And you..."

Furina turned to the traveler, staring at them as though they were the dirt upon which she trampled. "The moment you enter a nation, things are turned upside down. I knew I should've kicked you out the second you set foot in Fontaine. You don't have a home or better yet, you refuse to return there without your sibling and instead choose to incite chaos and rebellion wherever you go. How dare you do that to Fontaine of all places?"

"I was only-"

"You shut your trap and listen when you are in the presence of a god! Who gave you the permission to speak, Vermin!? All you've done is mess things up, now look! The fruits of your labor have been borne! Fontaine is about to be submerged, all because of you! You must be rather pleased with yourself."

She berated them, turning around and walking away from them, she shoulder-checked Neuvillette as she stepped past him, pausing when she was right behind him. "You of all people doubted my divinity when you knew exactly where the Gnosis was. You carried out this foolish trial and helped fulfill the prophecy. Be proud of yourself and don't look so ashamed, after all, you did nothing wrong, did you? The only thing you did was help me come to my senses and for that, I am truly glad, Monsieur Neuvillette."
