Investigation

I fought him before in the past but since i happened to have new abilities, it would a bit different to fight him this time. After a bit of waiting he showed up and I begin to fight him. The fight felt a bit longer since I am just using acid over a acid boss, it would make sense it would not have weaken him. The fight have went on for a while now with blood on my hands and my face all the while of him being aggressive, we both have it our all. After a long while, he has fallen yet again.

I was back at the boss area and head back to the hologram and I just waited.

"Heeeey you did it..! You are done with my magic and don't worry...I don't need your staff this time, when you are done with my test you just get your ability automatically..."

I just look at my staff and he is right, the boarder of the sword is white. I spin my staff around and point it forward to me and a big pod showed up infront of me. I just stand there thinking it does nothing until I saw a blast of acid all around the pod. I have my face covered by the acid as it just keeps firing acid at me until it just blast away. I just stand there wondering what the hell was that.

I head back to my apartment again and just take a shower and get myself something to eat and drink. After when I was done doing what I need to do, I just lay down and rest for the day after a long training session.

At Cloud, Marm was going through some papers as to what happened to Tiris and him not being away from the SCRF for a while. Jr just stand there waiting for Marm to even say something to him.

"FUCK! What the hell happened to Tiris! I haven't seen him left the SCRF for a couple of days now and the door is locked." -Marm shouts.

"Don't you have a key to it? Can't you enter there yourself?" -Jr asks him.

"No i don't, Tiris is the one who lets me enter the facility. Even he would leave the facility if he need to take a break and he doesn't take breaks often." -Marm said to him.

"Well come on dude. I got a idea." -Jr said to him.

Marm gets up and just sigh at him.

"Fine, it better not be anything stupid." -Marm says to him.

The both of them walk over the movement training area and made their way over to the SCRF doors.

"You know what you can do Marm?" -Jr asks him. He just looks at him.

"What?" -He says back at him.

"It's this." -Jr says. He grabs his staff and put a patch of lava next to the door and it just slowly dissolves. As the both of them look at the lava eating away at the door, the both of look inside of the facility and see blood in the soul chamber.

The both of them was surprised. The lava went away and Marm runs inside to check what happened and Jr just walks in to look around to see all of the souls inside the facility and the chamber infront of him.

"Holy fuck..." Marm said. There was blood at the left side of the chamber and the chair was on the side of the chamber of where the blood is at. The blood doesn't look fresh and slowly to the point of drying up. The soul drainer was nearby the chair with barely any blood on it. The door was closed when the blood was there.

"Woah. What happened here?" -Jr asks.

"Do you think I know?!" -Marm shouts at him

"Alright holy shit man. Let's just find out what is going on over here." -Jr said to him.

Jr pressed the button and the door opened up. The smell of blood was going all around the facility and Jr and Marm both check them out.

"Yeah the blood is drying up so it wasn't that long ago. That's probably why Tiris went missing. Worse of all, the body isn't there...now that is weird." -Jr said to himself.

Marm picked the soul drainer and just looks at it, it's pale white. He just stares at it for a bit and gets up.

"No...." -Marm says to himself

"Have your found anything Marm?" -Jr asks.

Marm turns around to face Jr and shows him the soul drainer.

"Why do you have that Marm?" -He asks.

"That's Tiris soul in here. Someone killed him using his own projects." -Marm says to him.

"Say didn't he did do the same to all those souls in these glass chambers? What makes you think someone killed him when he did the same to them?" -Jr asks.

"Tiris wanted the power the sorcerers have for himself. That's why all these souls are even here. He doesn't want to send them all to the afterlife. We can't even release them, not even I would. He have the chambers set where only he can open them and now that he is dead, the souls are gonna stay there." -Marm explain to Jr. He just looks back at him in disgust.

"YESH! Okay wow, I was not expecting that. That is just evil to the point where I feel sorry for those Void Cybers." -Jr said back to him. Marm stays silent for a moment before looking back at the door.

"I think I know what happened...I need to go someplace. Do not follow me." -Marm said back to him. He quickly leaves the facility while Jr just stands there, leaving the facility behind after a bit later.

I woke up the next night which can be unusual for me sometimes. I got myself ready with a change of clothes to my normal clothes that was bloody a long while ago. The casual peachy crop-top with white and blue jeans with a midnight life jacket. I got myself something to eat and drink and just take a look at myself, I don't look bad, sanity and hunger wise. No burn marks, eye color being black, just the normal day. I left my apartment with a little reminder on my map that I need to talk to someone named Terra.

I walk over to the holograms and I noticed one magic I haven't worked on yet...Earth.
