The Deal

- and was met with....

Bright light that shined and revealed a dark, cold, ancient passageway that had lit torches hanging on the side.

'Where was I?'....

We walked down the dimmed, hollow tunnel. After what felt like hours of walking, we finally had stopped. I looked up seeing a throne, and hearing a deep(ish) voice.

'ahh, you finally came.....'

I feel the restraints ( handcuffs) coming off my wrists. The shackles pressuring my feet/ankles still lingered, sinking itself deeper into my flesh.

I rubbed the part where the hand cuffs were, seeing it had made a few cuts and bruises. At this point, I was used to them. The numbness I felt in my feet, helped me cope with the heavy shackles.

'Where am I? Who are you!?' I say aggressively. 'What do you want?'

' woah there, I only need of your service-'

'Cut to the point' I harshly interrupted

His eyes grew serious and his voice changed into a more intimidating one

' I have a proposal for you....'

'Proposal?'

'A deal...'

Okkk go on...I say with a hint of suspicion.

'I have heard of your father, Manny...wasn't it?'

'H-how do you know that?'

' I know far more than you think I know, now the deal...

'If I say no?'....I said not really wanting to accept this, since I promised myself I wouldn't go back to my old life.

'Do you really want to find out?' he says with a annoyed yet threatening voice...

'You will refer to me as Emperor Belos. You....Lucia Noceda, will be given the leader position of the mafia.'

' You will also be given the title as the Silver guard, you will be given missions partnered with our Golden Guard. He'll teach you what you need to know.'

'Is that clear?'

'Yes Emperor Belos, I said before bowing and being left to my room...'

All I could wonder now was if Amelia was safe.

What have I gotten myself into?....
