Dreams and..ASSIGNED MISSION!!!

Snap...

I suddenly woke up in a cold sweat, who was this girl who kept appearing? I chose to not ask since all that matters is the given tasks and missions, nobody else...If someone were to matter. They would be dragged into a dangerous organisation filled with criminals and violent/insane people.

I shake my head rapidly and slap myself awake getting ready for the new day. Instead of my foolish/childish, messy clothes I USED to wear, I wore a formal attire everyday.

I had a purple suit every time I went on an unofficial mission. A mask and hoodie every time I went on shared patrols with Hunter.

The purple tuxedo was dark on the outside, and had a light purple button up shirt underneath. I had a multicoloured tie that had sections of green, purple, red and blue.

LUZ! Steve1 shouted in the middle of my training practice

( Do y'all remember the scene where they were all named Steve? I'm naming them by numbers like Steve1 to tell them apart(ish) )

"The Emperor has called for your assistance" he said formally...

Be right there! I say before packing a powerful punch on the punching bag, ripping the fabric open.

Our training ground was (ofc) underground along with everything a house would acquire, so the police wouldn't be able to track is down. Not only that we had a room entirely full of a strong connected (but private) wifi, in case we needed to contact anybody essential to completing a mission.

The weapon room was packed with weapons you didn't even know existed! All you had to do was describe a clear description on what you wanted your weapon to do/have and the weapons construction workers will build it for you.

I packed my training bag and started to clean up, getting ready to see the Emperor.

(I NEED HELP...IDK WHAT LUCIA'S CODE NAME WILL BE..HELPPPPP)

Every activity in our base required a different attire. For example, if you go to the training grounds...you will have to dress up in (what appears to be) what you would wear to the gym.

I went to me and Hunters shared bedroom and see that he's already laying down on the bunk bed.

(Hunters on the top...)

"He looks exhausted, probably because he came back from another mission.." I thought thinking in the back of my head.

I dressed in my formally attire (the one I usually wear) and headed to the main base. It felt like hoouuurrss until I finally could see the torches lights erupting the room with blinding illumination.

Uh no, that won't be happening. Because if you do that I won't be able to finish this.....and you won't be getting a happy ending.

. . . . . . Fine you win! But after this is finished..Me and Amelia are murdering you.

I kneeled forward putting my right hand into a fist and lifting it towards my chest. I bowed my head down as a sign of respect.

'Ah, the uprising new student...I've been waiting-'

'Apologies for the delay, I had to get a last good punch on the punching bag. I hope you don't mind if I broke it..'

'No no it's totally fine, now onto the topic...We have an assigned mission for you. If you need assistance, Hunter can help you.'

If I may ask, what is this mission?

' Ah well you see, a company that was once close to us have stolen a USB drive that is very important. They have threatened to reveal our illegal activities 'if' we don't give them their share of the money.'

I'm not trying to sound rude but- wouldn't it be fair to just give them their money?

' Yes, but if we were to do that. Our money, food, survival will drop, therefore disrupting the balance that took so long to make. Not only that, we'll lose all connections to our most richest donators. How do you think life will be then?'

I thought long and hard (not that long ofc) until I came to a conclusion. What do you want me to do?

'Steal it back and you'll officially go on more appointed missions like Hunter. Like you've always wanted, and how Ive promised.' Failure is not an option.

What you wish will be done, will be served Great Emperor. Give me at least 6 months

( To make a year bc this is 6 months into the year. Bc as I said in the planning, tho U might not have read it. Lucia and Amelia meet again after 1 year(ish) Soo yea)

Give me 6 months to do preparations, planning and memorising.

'Very well, you are dismissed. Until we see each other again'

I stand up still bowing my head and do a salute before leisurely raising my head up high and walking towards the exit.

Once I escaped through the door, I suddenly had a big burst of air go out my nose and mouth. Not realising that I had been holding my breath the whole time.

My first ever mission. Remember- Failure is not an option, I said to myself quietly.

6 months...2 months for planning, the other 2 for preparations and squeezing a bit of training while I'm at it. Most importantly, the last two- Memorising...I must gather information on this company, what are their leads?

Perhaps they have a daughter or son I can get close to and manipulate? I must memorise the new base and work my way through.

After all- Failure is not an option...
