A month later~

In this one month, many things changed. Jungkook went to Busan, to his house where he lives with his parents, because Haneul and Juni missed him a lot. So, he left, and Taehyung didn’t say anything against it—why would he? Taehyung can go to Busan anytime, even early in the morning. No one can stop him. The Jeon mansion doors are always wide open for Taehyung. After all, he’s going to be a Jeon too in the future. Jungkook finally agreed to take over his father's company, and today is the day. Taehyung also became very busy with hospital work, but they always made time for each other—and ended up falling even more in love.

Now, Jungkook is at his company. His father introduced him to all the employees and board members, announcing he is the new CEO from now on. Everyone smiled at Jungkook and applauded him.

Soon, Jungkook started explaining the project details to the board members, and they were genuinely impressed by him and his work.

Jack: "I was really very impressed by your presentation, Mr. Jeon, and I’m ready to collaborate with your company." He smiled at Jungkook, who smiled back, and soon they left.

Now, Jungkook and Haneul are in his cabin. Jungkook finished his work, so he closed his laptop and looked at his dad, who was already smiling at him.

Kook: "Dad, I want to propose to my angel and marry him as soon as possible." He said with a wide smile, and Haneul nodded with a bright grin.

Haneul: "Get your love, man." He patted Jungkook’s shoulder and left his cabin.

Jungkook smiled, picked up his phone, and called Namjoon and Yoongi on a conference call.

Kook: "Hello, hyungs."

Yoongi/Namjoon: "Hello, Kook. Now tell us your plan." They both said in unison leaving Jungkook shocked.

Kook: "H-How, hyungs??"

Yoongi: "We aren’t fools, Kook. We knew you’ve been waiting, and so have we, wondering when you'd finally call us."

Namjoon: "Exactly! Now tell us the plan."

Kook: "You both are really genius, hyungs. So the plan is—" he started sharing everything.

Kook: "Okay hyungs, did you get it?"

Namjoon: "Yes, Kook. Now I’m super busy—we’ve got lots to do. Bye!"

Yoongi: "Yes, my dear brother-in-law. Bye bye!" They ended the call, leaving Jungkook blushing.

He was about to start working again when he received a message from Taehyung. He opened the chat:

My angel🥺❤️: “How was your meeting, bun?”

My baby bun🥺💗:
“Successfully,
We got it, angel. Where are
you now?”

My angel🥺❤️: “In front of your office, bun.”

Jungkook’s eyes widened and he quickly called Taehyung while walking outside. Tae picked up on the first ring.

In call:

Kook: "Hello angel, tell me—where are you?"

Tae: "Really in front of your office, bun." He said, but Jungkook didn’t believe him.

Kook: "Angel, don’t lie."

Tae: "And why would I lie to you, bun?" Jungkook ended the call and rushed to the reception. The employees stared, confused by why their boss was suddenly running.

Jungkook saw his angel walking towards reception, and without wasting a second, he ran to him and hugged him tightly. He had missed his angel for three whole days because of Taehyung's busy schedule. Finally, he was back in his arms. Taehyung smiled at his bun and hugged him back.

The employees were mesmerized by Taehyung’s beauty, staring at them with open mouths. Jungkook and Taehyung pulled away from the hug, still looking at each other.

Kook: "You really came to the office? Didn’t you say you had an urgent hospital meeting, angel?" He said while caressing his cheek.

Taehyung smiled at him.

Tae: "I wanted to surprise you, bun. So, tell me—are you busy or free?"

Kook: "Of course, I’m always free for you, angel." Taehyung smiled widely.

Kook: "Let’s go home. Wait, I’ll just inform Dad." Taehyung nodded, and Jungkook dialed Haneul’s number.

Kook: "Dad, I’m going home. Bye."

Haneul: "Okay, Kook. Drive safe." Jungkook ended the call, wrapped his arms around Taehyung’s waist, and they walked out—leaving the employees in complete shock.
