Now, Taehyung was sleeping, exhausted from the previous day. He’d worked a double shift and had extra files. He was sleeping peacefully when a loud ringtone disturbed him. Without checking the ID, he answered.
Tae: “Hello, Kim Taehyung speaking,” he whispered in a sleepy voice—but then a loud shout made his eyes widen.
Jin: “Yah! Kim fucking Taehyung! I told you to come home! We wanted to have a serious discussion, and here you are sleeping like a pig!” he shouted, continuing without giving him a chance to speak.
Tae: “Are you for real, Jinne? I was on a double shift yesterday and tired as hell, and now you’re yelling at me? I know only my brother loves me more…” he started crying, too sleepy to realise how much his words would hurt.
Jin: “Omo, my Tae Bear, nothing like that. We really love you equally. I just wanted a family lunch. I didn’t know about your double shift,” he said, but Taehyung stopped him, realising his joke had gone too far. Now, he felt guilty.
Tae: “Hyungs, I’m really sorry. I was just joking, but I forgot. I promise I’ll be there in 20 minutes. I love you, and I know you love us all equally. I’m sorry again,” he said, looking down.
Jin: “Ok, now come on, Tae, we’ve got to eat—and we’re going shopping,” he replied.
Tae: “Really, Hyung?! When?!” he shouted, excited. He’d wanted to go shopping for a month but hadn’t had time.
Jin: “Today, after we eat… Now hurry up,” he said, and Tae hung up, rushing to the bathroom to freshen up.
Once ready, he grabbed his car key, locked his house, and headed to his brother’s place.

He walked inside with a huge smile when he saw his family.
Tae: “Hello, my family,” he said, a bit louder.
They all replied, “Hello, Tae Bear,” smiling at him.
Jin: “Come on, let’s start eating,” he nodded and sat at the dining table, and they began to eat.
Nam: “Tae Bear, we’re going on vacation, but I’m confused about picking the right place. Can you choose one?” he asked.
Tae: “REALLY?!” he shouted. They nodded. He started jumping and hugged them all as they smiled at him.
Tae: “You’re the best,” he said, and they laughed.
Jimin: “Ok, ok, let’s finish our food.”
Yoongi: “Yes, Tae Bear, you should eat first. You’re becoming tiny,” he said, filling Tae’s plate with his favourite food and smiling, which Tae returned as he started eating. He didn’t want his brothers worrying too much.
