CORA POV
"Guys, wheres our stuff?!"
"Oh my gosh look outside."
"This is so stupid, what the hell."
"We should complain, get them penalized."
We all complain, and vocalize our frustrations as we collect our clothes.
"Oi, can someone get my ducks?" Griff says covering his package with a towel wrapped around him.
"Did you sleep naked?" Ari asks making me giggle.
"It was hot last night."
"Its a shared space Griffy. Keep your undies on will ya?" I say laughing and handing him a pair of pants.
"Okay everyone listen up. They're only pranking us because they see us as a threat. Ari can you put me down?" Wren starts lecturing us and a few others join in.
I stop listening when I see Poppy in distress, so I make my way over to her.
"Is that my goat?" She asks.
Marlon makes it to her side as I immediately start climbing the tree.
Elo tells us to leave the goat and just get what we need for the water and to start getting ready.
"I almost have it." I say struggling to reach. As I am about to grab it, I slip and scratch my hand.
"Omg Cor are you okay?" Poppy says as I land on the ground with a thud.
"Yeah, I will manage." I say groaning, but covering my bleeding hand.
"Dont worry, lets get going." I say as Marlon helps me up.
TIME SKIP
We all are at the beach watching Aris heat, but everyone is freaking out as he hasn't caught a wave yet.
"Hes just waiting for the right wave." Wren says as I approach the group.
Summer and Wren break out into a fight as Elo angrily paces.
"Has anyone thought he might be having a panic attack? I saw him squishing those stress balls." I say, and the two of them go silent.
After a couple of seconds, the horn goes off and his chances at nationals are over.
Everyone lets out sounds of frustrations and we make our way inside the building for a team talk.
"So, anyone seen Bax?"
TIME SKIP BAX POV
We're all standing around inside as Elo shouts at Ari.
"Elo hes out, just let him process." I say trying to diffuse the situation.
"Alright back off, you don't get to talk to him like that." Summer says to Elo.
"Summer don't."
"You wanna join him on the bench?" Elo says threatening to Summer.
"Yeah, I'd rather quite surfing forever, than win anything for you actually." Summer says.
"Summer just chill out." Poppy says pulling her back.
