No one knows of his heritage but he had made his name on his own. It was difficult not to since he is of pure blood. The powers that a pure blood has can't be challenged by those who turned. He couldn't understand why he would kill his mate. He was a loner. They had never cross each other's path, so why would he do this? He clenched his fist. He was so consumed by his anger that he was surprised when Dunk had disappeared. What surprised him more was the claws on his neck.

"Pond Naravit Lertratkosum, nice of you to just show up. Time to pay the price." Pond was lucky that he is of pure blood as well, if not he would not be able to dodge his attack. Dunk's blow was deadly. Each blow aiming to take his life. Pond hadn't been able to throw any offensive attacks. Dunk was relentless in his attacks with all the intention of tearing his heart out.

It wasn't pure brute where he aimed for his neck or his chest, he had magic up his sleeve. It separated him from low cast neonates and even the elders within his clan. He could well be on par with him and he was a clan eldest with millenniums worth of experience.

Pond saw his opening, sending a blast. He may have missed but a cloud of dust appeared as a result of it hitting the wall. Dunk had no idea where he was with the thick dust hanging in the air. Pond took that opportunity. He grabbed Dunk, holding him captive with both his hands behind his back.

"You're fast, Boonprasert. I give you that but what give you the right to attack me? I haven't even claim my debt." Pond sneered.

"You killed my mate! That gave me every right to kill you!" He shook in agitation.

Killed his mate? Wasn't it him who kill his mate?

Pond buried his nose on his neck and took a whiff.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Dunk tried to break free once again.

"No, it's the wrong scent." Pond muttered.
