As the ethereal melodies filled the virtual space, the boy's eyes widened with wonder as he stared at the screen in front of him. He sat in his dimly lit room beside Leo, hunched over his laptop, completely absorbed in the mesmerizing spectacle unfolding before him. The screen flickered to life, revealing Heeseung bathed in a celestial glow that seemed to emanate from his very core. Each note he sang penetrated his heart like an arrow of pure emotion and he could hear it all in his head, igniting fires within him he never knew existed. His chest heaved with fervent admiration as Heeseung's voice soared effortlessly through octaves, reaching untold heights of passion and vulnerability. He could feel his presence, even though they were countries apart.

With every ballad he unleashed into the digital abyss, it was as if time stood still; he smiled stupidly. "Leo, every single word. I hear it all even before it comes through the speaker." Jake was pleading, he didn't know if Leo was going to believe him but it was the truth. He could hear every single song Heeseung had been singing. "Okay, not that I don't trust you but it's just hard to believe. You said you can hear it before it comes through, what's next?" Jake fell silent, he couldn't hear anything, and his mind went blank. He only stared at Leo, however, as soon as he heard the first few words, he spoke, "tamed-dashed." And so it was. Leo's eyes widened and he jumped around the room celebrating while Jake sat there processing everything.

For the rest of the virtual concert, Jake sat silently wondering if the man in front of him really was his soulmate. He watched Heeseung move gracefully along the stage while singing his newest release which Jake had known about unconsciously. "Jake, you should probably head to South Korea and see him for yourself. Aren't your parents planning to send you there to your uncle soon?" That was indeed true, Jake had a few more months to complete in high school and then planned to move to Korea for university so seeing Heeseung in person wasn't going to be very difficult. "Leo, that'll happen after graduating. That's a few months from now." Jake sighed. "And so? You're patient enough, you already know who it is. Finding him even years later won't be too hard." Jake nodded, Leo did make sense.

Ever since he first found out that Heeseung was indeed his soulmate, an exhilarating feeling began to ignite within Jake. For months, his heart had danced with anticipation as he yearned to finally meet him in person. Every day seemed endless as he counted down the minutes until their meeting, dragging himself to classes as a distraction. The mere thought of being able to hold his hand, gaze into his eyes, and wrap himself in his warm embrace filled him with boundless excitement. But now the moment was within grasp; he could almost taste it in the air that tingled with electrifying energy enveloping him. The day was almost arriving.
